No, it doesn't show the effect on that one specific number. Nor can you expect it to, if you have the slightest clue how images work. Because you could scan the same document five times on the exact same machine, and you would get slightly different results each time.
But it clearly shows the exact same effect on other characters throughout the document.

A handwriting guy who wrote a paper almost 20 years ago on COMPUTER-GENERATED HANDWRITING, who doesn’t know D*** about image compression or how a PDF is put together, who would say, yeah, I think the birth certificate is a forgery.
This when the real expert who invented most of the technology has said there’s nothing in the PDF but effects from the compression.
I hate to say I told you so, but... I told you so.
And the funniest thing - in those moments when I can forget how freaking stupid this BS makes conservatives look and see the humor in it all - is that you still don’t even seem to get that you’ve been had.

I am not disappointed with the Posse at all. They know who the forger is and he is probably listed in the 300 page investigative report by Lt. Mike Zullo. The Posse has been successful in determining that Obama’s birth certificate and selective service registration is a complete 100% forgery. Remember, you don’t display your best evidence to the public.
So we’re supposed to believe people who were proven to have FAKE their best evidence previously, when they tell us NOW that they’ve got some really good evidence, only they can’t tell us what it is.
When they’ve never taken that position in the past.
And when all of the previous “evidence” they’ve made public has been proven to be complete BS.
Well, you can put all the faith in these charlatans that you want. And you may not feel disappointed when they repeatedly fail to deliver anything. I suppose that’s your own choice.
But they haven’t delivered anything so far, and they never will. Still, I suppose it’s your right to follow rainbows for the rest of your life, looking for that nonexistent pot of gold.
