We know that John Brennan got the head job of the Central Intelligence Agency. However, as we stated in a previous article, by obtaining the records of Barack Obama he may well show that Obama is not eligible to be President.

JW.... It is so difficult to read your posts..... They are soooo long. Why not focus on one issue, compose a clear, concise reply and stop the ceaseless narcissistic self promotion.... You communicate as though you are the only one here who loves the constitution and the truth.... and anyone who doesn’t agree with you is ignorant, intellectually challenged or a fool.
Most of us here at FR want the truth. Especially in dealing with the LFBC. If you really want the truth you would join us and call for Obama to release is records.

Well, I do apologize for the length of some of my posts.
However, in some instances it’s pretty necessary.
If anyone is going to follow this topic, I recommend being willing to read through the evidence and verify claims for oneself.
However, if you just don’t have time for that, I can suggest a bit of a shortcut for you.
Verify for yourself SOME of what I’ve written.
That will establish that what I say is true, and that the points are reliable.
Or, you can just start with DiogenesLamp’s complete refusal to answer the question I asked a few posts ago.
He’s trapped, and he knows it. Answering the question would be an admission that he has ignored or brushed aside all the best early authorities, and based his case on complete garbage.
My posts are long partly from thoroughness. It is that thoroughness that allows me to assure you, in good conscience, that there really isn’t any doubt any more that the birther stuff is all just BS.

The "Best evidence" is statements and acts written and committed by Constitutional Delegates and Ratifying Legislators. You have very little of that. But if you want the opinion of some misinformed English, Spanish or French guy, you are the first person I would call upon.

Just understand the fact that this eligibility issue is one that most here would rather be proven wrong. Unfortunately, Obama has hidden all relevant records.
Ask Yourself.... Would you be allowed to keep a digital file of your Birth Certificate on your tablet and use it as ID? Of coarse not.
If you believe we are wrong about this, Okay.... We can agree to disagree. So why not use your time and energy to focus on other issues to help the conservative cause. This war for truth can and should be fought on many fronts.

His reasoning is a hash, and inconsistencies don't bother him at all. He claims that birth here makes of someone a citizen, yet he cannot explain Why we needed the 14th amendment. He tries to argue that the 14th amendment didn't change the law at all!

Since he claims to be a true conservative, I am trying to convince him to focus his attention on other things that will help us defeat the enemies of our union.
You see, it's BS because Jeff says so. People lose arguments with him all the time, because he says they did. He is 100% right all the time, because he tells us he is. People with whom he disagrees are always wrong, because he thought about it and decided they were.
Here is an example. This is a page from a book called

The Jeffery tries to ignore it by claiming it is the erroneous work by an obscure little nobody judge that means nothing at all and should best be ignored. That it was produced BY the ORDER of the State Legislature of Pennsylvania
And that it explicitly states that it is the compilation of the work done by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, (Two members of which were Ratifiers of the Constitution)
is just more facts to be ignored by Jeff. He is simply intellectually dishonest, but I no longer blame him completely.
It has become obvious to me that the poor boy is so delusional that he has come to believe his own lies and can now no longer tell the difference.
Some people just don't fare well in a real world. I fear that if the truth ever breaks through to him, he's liable to suffer a nervous breakdown or something. Here's an illustration of what that might look like.

We did it because Southerners were attempting to deny the rights of natural born American citizenship to black people on the basis of the color of their skin, their African ancestry, and their prior condition as slaves.
As to whether it changed the law in regard to citizenship, here's what Senator Lyman Trumbull, sponsor of the Civil Rights Act - which was reenacted and solidified as the 14th Amendment to the Constitution - had to say:
"I think it best, therefore, when we are enacting a statute on this subject declaratory of what the law is (for that is all this bill amounts to,) to put it beyond question."
And of course you are always the arbiter of what you consider "other matters." From my perspective, "Other matters" is going to be whenever you decide to open your trap, which like I said, took about five minutes before you couldn't take it anymore.
It's still the same matter, and you're still talking. If you want the "fiction" of calling it "other matters", well, whatever floats your boat. As usual, the rest of us aren't fooled.
