"You can't say gay couples shouldn't be married, after all, they are born that way." is one of the most common arguments for gay "marriage." The idea is if the public is convinced that homosexuality is innate and not a choice, then the public as a whole will become more accepting of homosexuality and gay marriage. However, this argument has no scientific support and indeed, neurology may provide an explanation of how homosexuality is indeed a choice.

Mmmmmmmmm.....crispy......just the way I likes ‘em! :-)
Nothing like having a plan fulfilled...LOL
‘Dark’
I can smell this stink from this one from here :p
“God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him, male and female created he them”
Makes you wonder what the DNA ‘cloning’ will produce...since it defies that image and distorts it to something else...especially blending it with animal DNA.
Yep!...quicker and easier than trying to get a date with a woman...the act itself easily and often carried out in mens bathrooms or anywhere they want, and do, hook-up.
In time these sexual addicts have to go further and often becomes sadistic for their appetite is never satisfied.
Yeah there was a kid in my school..regular family. You just knew he was different from first grade. He died of AIDS years ago.
Saw a couple of dychs the other day. They were big 250...not just fat. Thick necks ...backs..shoulders ..big heads. ...masculine. They were born that way for sure.
There is a very small segment of the population which can be born with messed up hormones. Population characteristics do follow a bell curve, albeit a very steep sloped curve. The forces seeking to end this Republic (read transform America) are using a very small number to legitimize the vast majority of chosen degenerate behavior. Maybe 1% (and likely much less) of homosexuals are hormonally screwed up. The rest are just deathly sick in their soul.
Well, we do welcome all but, with conditions.
I say zot not
he did respond.
let the kitties play but, hold off on the lions....
Welcome to Free Republic friend.
Glad you enjoyed it. ;-)
Indeed. They never learn.
Don’t you mean Patriot Politics?
PlanToDisappear is dead, Jim.
Some people are “born that way” with a hankerin’ for sex with small children. Some people are “born that way” with an overwhelming urge to murder strangers. Being “born that way” doesn’t make any action right. In the end, you make choices — are you an animal with no self control, or do you choose to do the right thing and manage your urges? If something is clearly spelled out in the Bible as wrong, it doesn’t make sense to rule that out in favor of the lowest common denominators in humanity.
That's normal. I'm new myself, and when I first started posting, there was a lag period while my posts were being reviewed. It doesn't last long.
To the question at hand, I believe homosexuality is a learned choice. The homo guy who used to do my hair told me that he was molested by his stepbrother at a young age, and he believed that was the reason he was gay.
I've known homosexuals in the workplace, and many of them acknowledged they found women attractive in at least some capacity. I think they preferred the promiscuity of male homos.
Welcome.
Thank you for taking the time to read our comments about the culture of this site.
You will fit right in.
Best wishes.
What you say is true, but I suspect that such societies have never tasted the ‘forbidden fruit.’ So, the pressure from the society is far more effective than it would be in on such as ours. Propaganda for a few hundred years might be able to turn the masses.
Except that they do. That’s why it’s called deviant sex. That also is a key to the fact that it’s a mental health issue.
there has been no "Homo gene." Twin studies, where twins are separated at birth, one is gay the other straight show the same rates of homosexuality, ie. there is not one study that shows a higher percentage of the separated twins being both gay...
