Vanity, sorry. My youngest, a FEMALE, whom has always been a FEMALE, with a Birth Certificate, valid SS number, and has been declared on taxes for 18 years as a FEMALE, recieved a threatening letter from Selective Service ordering her under threat of Prosecution, to make a copy of her BIRTH CERTIFICATE and send it in within 10 Days.
My other daughter, did NOT receive this kind of harassment which does NOT happen to Illegal Immigrants even though they are required to register.
thank your! excellent suggestions in case we are dealing with “low-level rogue agents” at Selective Service. seriously, those are really good suggestions of the paper trail.
Call your Congress(wo)man. They all have constituent services to handle this type thing. The SS will respond to a Congressional inquiry.

Since I had to move from the Conservative Rep to the district of the newly elected, “first openly bi-sexual representative” who happens to be of the Dem/Socialist persuasion, I don’t want to call her. But I did call Senator Flake. Senator McCain’s office isn’t taking messages. Their box is full and not answering the phone. (wonder why? lol)
I am going to check it for that as soon as I get a hold of it. Under no circumstances are they going to get a copy of my kid’s BC. Period.

Go see the Postmaster tomorrow. You might get a quicker answer. If it is a bogus letter, just throw it away. Or, the PO may have a different number to call.

Of course, this intersects with the Illegal Immigration Sham that’s going on now to sell out our Country and American citizens and it’s a double whammy for me. They hit my extra-hot button in scaring my kid and ignoring the Illegals and the Selective Service law.
