Maricopa County Sheriffs Office Cold Case Posse chief investigator Mike Zullo this morning addressed the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association Convention (CSPOA) being held in St. Charles, Missouri. Much of the information that was revealed by Zullo we have already heard but he also unveiled new evidence that we have not been aware of. Commander Mike Zullo appears in the video at the 36:00 mark. The audio and video from the streaming isn't that good but pay attention very closely.

Because in Sunahara v. HDOH the Court ruled that the Department of Health has discretion as to which version of a Vital Record they release to an applicant.
If the judge had been persuaded by Sunahara’s argument, the judge could have issued a court order for release of the original long form or a copy of it. Instead the judge granted HDOH’s motion to dismiss.
The thing that Zullo kept talking about in the post-conference interview with Gallups is that this is not a THEORY; the conspiracy is proven. At least 2 people were involved in passing off this forgery as if it was genuine. Just as there were more than 2 people involved in falsely claiming that the Benghazi attack was a reaction to a video, and in denying help during the attack. This stuff isn’t made-up, isn’t speculation. It is fact.
Zullo has mentioned it before: the White House image doesn’t even have the same security background as the HDOH uses. That doesn’t take any expert to testify about; it only takes the evidence of HDOH-issued vital records, which Zullo has. It is easily-observable when you know what you’re looking for. It’s not something that would be changed by scanning, OCR, optimizing, etc. That, by itself, proves the White House image is not a scan of anything the HDOH gave Judy Corley.
This is as clear, basic, and low-tech as any evidence you’ll ever find. It is an easily-observable fact.
The reason this is important is because the media has had to acknowledge the factual discrepancies regarding Benghazi (for instance). When people like Gowdy know they have solid factual backing, they know they can blow away any claims that they are crazy conspiracists. This gives them the cover they need, to venture forth on an issue the media would rather ridicule.
If some big Congressional names come forward on this in a press conference, the media will have to cover it. Law enforcement people from many different states are now aware of the evidence and can contact their representatives - who are then legally required to respond.
IOW, the right kinds of pressure are lining up. If we supplement the LEGAL pressure with POLITICAL pressure by letting the members of Congress know we are aware that there is proof of crimes committed, and that the proof is being given to members of Congress, our voices will carry much more weight now than they did before. I sent faxes to the R’s with critical information, and staff members threw the fax in the circular file because they had pre-judged it to be conspiratorial nonsense. If Trey Gowdy has just given a press conference telling the proof of crimes committed, those staff workers are going to have a lot harder time justifying their automatic dismissal of the evidence. And by law they CAN’T just throw LE reports in the circular file.
We need to pray continuously for the members of Congress, that they would realize they may have been put in their positions for such a time as this - just as Esther was made the queen at the very time of dire danger for the Israelites of old, so she could use her position to preserve life. We need to encourage them to do what will preserve this country.
Right now it really comes down to these LE folks and to us, because we are the ones who can strengthen for battle the arms of our fearful leaders. Our side has been confused, demoralized, cynical, and has started the circular firing squad. It sort of reminds me of “The Return of the King”, where Theoden asks why he should come to the aid of Gondor when they didn’t come to his aid. The anger, rivalry, and cynicism had real power to destroy the quest to save Middle Earth. But when Gandalf had Pippin light the beacon to call for aid, Theoden’s bitterness was overcome by his will to fight and his knowledge that he really was needed. Nobility awakes when the need is dire and we know the team needs us.
That’s what needs to happen now. We can’t afford a circular firing squad. And we have lots of reasons to lift our tired eyes and gear up for the moment we’ve all been waiting a long time to see. Our own minds may be like Denethor, saying, “Flee. Flee for your lives!” but Gandalf needs to knock us upside the head and say, “Prepare for battle!” Because now is the time. They stated clearly that they HAD the federal 1961 "Vital Statistics Instruction Manual." They called it by its precise name.
And Jerome Corsi said it took them months to find "the 1961 code book," but they found it.
Then they showed the world information from 1969 that was plagiarized from someone else's web site, and information from 1968 that was clearly from a 1968 manual.
Well, did they have the 1961 manual, or didn't they?
And if they didn't have it, then why the hell would they claim they did?
I mean, obviously, they DIDN'T have it. Because if they had, they never would've made the claim in the first place. Or, if by some miraculous chance, the 1960 manual said what they claimed (but they said they had the 1961 one), they would've produced that.
So they didn't have the manual. But they said they did anyway. And they showed the world bogus images.
That's LYING, butterdezillion. And showing people stuff from 1968 and 1969, and claiming it's from 1961, is FRAUD.
In fact, if they had known what the hell they were talking about, and were honest, then they would never have made the "number 9 means, blah, blah" claim in the first place, because the feds did all the federal data entry from microfilmed originals, THEY did the federal coding, and they could not POSSIBLY have written on the paper certificate - since they didn't have it.
So either the Cold Case Posse are liars and frauds, or they are absolute jackasses who lack even the investigative skills and attention to detail that one would expect from Inspector Clouseau.
In either case, why should anybody on earth believe anything they say?

I’m hoping it will forge the way for others in Hawaii to speak boldly. Especially as the public is being forced to see what vindictive, crooked, pathetic losers the Obama thugocracy is, whistleblowers being treated badly in Hawaii would be more fuel for the fire that will burn this whole regime to smithereens. When the governing authority of elections, qualifies and certifies the candidate and general election, then at the minimum that should serve as prima facie that he [Obama] is qualified to be and in fact is President of the United States. Because the IRS found that conservative groups had to be vetted for 2-3+ years but not liberal groups, it proves that conservative groups are scary, dangerous people. Because the FBI, ATF, and DOJ all said everything was peachy with Operation Fast and Furious, that is prima facie evidence that everything was peachy. I asked the KS SOS’s office if the letter of verification they received had a raised seal on it. Nothing shows up on the scan. The bureaucrat told me it had a raised seal and that it looked like it might be the same one as on the MDEC verification. If it was you would you take the word of the bureaucrat? I had a friend ask the AZ SOS’s secretary the same question and she said yes. Again, nothing shows up on the scan of the document. She allowed my friend to take photos and it was confirmed. So I know that the seal that shows up so prominently on the MDEC letter of verification didn’t show up at all on a scan of the AZ letter. The KS bureaucrat could be lying to me or they could be telling the truth. If it was you, would you believe the bureaucrat? If they told you there was a seal and that the actual document was in the mail to you so you could see it, would you believe them?
If the bureaucrat told you there was a seal and the document was in the mail to you, would you be a deliberate liar and deceiver if you claimed that the document had a seal and you had the document?

Which current claims of Zullo are you claiming are wrong, and what is your evidence that they are wrong?
They wouldn't unless it was a free family and friends Hawaiian vacation at 5 star accomodations and for a paper trail to show someone actually made the trip. However, just because it's on record someone made the trip doesn't prove they came within a mile of the health deptartment anymore than signing the WH log means they went for the Easter eggs.

There is one and only one way to remove a sitting president and that is enumerated in Article 2 section 4 of the U.S Constitution. Impeachment.
Obama works out of the whitehouse, resides at 1600 Pennsylvania ave, signs and vetoes legislation, makes appointments, acts and is received as the President of the Unites States. EO IPSO, by that fact alone he is President of the United States.

The local talk show host used to be hot on the case of the birth certificate. One day - abruptly - the audience was told it was no longer a topic to be discussed. Anyone who called in was cut off if they brought it up. Absolutely the host sounded frightened if the topic was brought up.
Even Rush qualifies his statements about the topic. When he mentions it he is explicit that it is some aspect in the news he’s referring to, not the birth certificate.

It's always puzzled me why they didn't call the kid junior. The term 'junior' is reserved for a child who is named with the same name as the father. The notation 'II' is reserved for a child with the same name as someone else, usually in the same house but not always. By calling the baby II rather than junior it's saying that Obama Sr. is not the father.
There is little doubt that this a case where there is smoke there is fire. There is little doubt that nobama’s “birth certificate evidence” would not stand up in Court.
The problem is, for many legal reasons (such as Standing), this is unlikely to ever get to any Court with actual jurisdiction.
I have heard what Rush has to say regarding the Birth Certificate question. He said that regardless of what evidence is found, nobama will never be impeached, for reasons with no relationship to how he became President. The House is not going to initiate impeachment, one reason being because this Senate would never convict.
Rush also seems to think that short of public treason, no impeachment of nobama will ever occur and that is the basis of his, and probably other’s, seeing no point in proceeding with all this gnashing of teeth.
I personally don’t think he even closely meets NBC and is guilty of fraud on many many levels. But I, nor you, nor anyone except McCain or Romney have Standing and neither of them show any inclination to use their standing to rid us of this pestilence.
Hopefully, this situation will inspire Congress and/or the States to address this murky issue so we are not facing it again.

Keep saying it, maybe somebody will believe it. Alvin Onaka’s refusal to verify either the facts of birth or the genuineness of the White House image (which the law says he must verify if he can) are not hearsay. It’s right there on paper.

Three weeks after his son was born, on August 31, 1961 Barack Obama Senior told the Immigration and Naturalization Service that he had a wife and a son born in Honolulu on August 4, 1961.

And, the 1967 Catholic School application for Obama to attend St. Francis of Assisi school in Jakarta, Indonesia lists Honolulu, Hawaii as his birthplace.
I can not honestly say how it absolutely would have been done. However, if you take into consideration the instructions in the federal manual, and keep in mind that there were also detailed instructions in the local level manual, any anomaly would have been brought to the attention of the supervisor/deputy registrar to decide upon.
I imagine the DOH could/would have contacted the parents directly for clarification in a particularly unique case, such as listing the fathers race as the name of a Continent. There were/are plenty of whites in Africa, so it seems likely that the question would have been raised. Especially considering that the DOH had strict guidelines to follow.
Would they have made a special exemption for Stanley Ann to allow the use of “African” on her childs BC? In my personal opinion (after dealing with plenty of county clerk types) they would not have allowed it. It would have been changed to the standard of the time, negro.
There might be a possibility of it being CODED “other” or “unknown” (local level) but only IF Stan Ann did convince the DOH to make the exemption to allow for the use of African.
My personal opinion is that the word never appeared on the fathers race field, not if obama was indeed born in the US.
