What year did the baggy clothes thing come to an end? I grew up in the 90s so it was hard for me to notice. Seemed like maybe late 90s to turn of the 21st century, everyone started wearing pants that were too tight!

I was born in '88, but I will tell you what, the 90's were the decade of Big Hair and Sweat Shirts! Lols
That is all the fashion I remember from those days. :)

One could smoke!
I quit 20+ years ago, but I remember smoking while shopping at a grocery store.
A few years before that, it was acceptable for a pediatrician to smoke in his office while holding a baby. Yup.
