ping to MSNBC finally discussing the NBC issue for 5 minutes, now that the election is over and they can try to mock ‘birthers’ and the GOP over whether Cruz being born in Canada will be an issue. Rubio not having even one US citizen parent at birth did not come up. They laugh about courts likely finding Barry to be eligible even if born in Kenya.
My eyeballing of it is that I would say yes to Cruz, no to Rubio
The Dem Progressives have no room to mock. Any aspect of eligibility they bring up the response should be “0bama never proved that one way or the other.” The RNC could run Marvin the Martian.

It's no laughing matter, but instead a Constitutional Crisis of the first order and a breathtakingly grave national security problem, as evidenced by virtually everything that the current "administration" touches. If he can't even be held to account on his very eligibility to hold the office he enjoys, why should he give a flying fig about any other part of the constitution? All bets are off, and he knows it.

I know I sound like a broken record, but I truly believe that Orly Taitz, whether intentionally or not, destroyed the credibility of the NBC issue.

How does this indicate that they are natural born Citizens? Can I do that? Can you? That's how simple the issue is.
