I’m sort of bewildered by the reception others have to this one John. To me the typical Hillary style fabrications, excuses you credit as dialogue out of the mouth of Carney in your satire was the satire. I enjoyed reading it.

Signing papers put in front of them is what the officers of government do.

I know this is satire, but I never signed a document that was just thrown on my desk. I worked for the military for almost 40 years, and reread documents I typed to make sure there were no errors in spelling or grammar. My SOPs were adopted by the entire state for their simplicity, yet detailed specifics.
