Signing papers put in front of them is what the officers of government do.I know this is satire, but I never signed a document that was just thrown on my desk. I worked for the military for almost 40 years, and reread documents I typed to make sure there were no errors in spelling or grammar. My SOPs were adopted by the entire state for their simplicity, yet detailed specifics.
