Mosques in the U.S. are gaining popularity. Of the 1,200 mosques currently operating in the U.S., nearly 80 percent have been built in the past 12 years.
A large majority of mosques in the United States are led by Wahhabi clerics. Wahhabism is an extreme brand of Islam practiced dominantly in Saudi Arabia. According to Muslim estimates, up to 80 percent of mosques in the U.S. are owned, operated and led by Wahhabis.
These radical mosques often promote the installation of Sharia law, an extreme ideology that considers ‘non-believers’ to be infidels. An in-depth study of 100 mosques and Islamic schools has found that 3 out of 4 Islamic centers are promoting anti-western and anti-American ideology. Many receive funding from Saudi Arabia and the Muslim Brotherhood.

Is that also the reason the Twin Towers were destroyed by Saudis and 80,000 Saudi “students” are today roaming around in the US?
Why this intimate and destructive Saudi/US connection?
to locate the mosques (aka islamic cultural centers, islamic prayer centers) in your area.
Also search for halal products and services in your area. It'll become clear very quickly how many mosques are actually in this country.

The controversial imam of a prominent mosque in Arlington, Va., has urged immigrant Muslims in the United States to wage war for Islam.
“The enemies of Allah are lining up. The question for us is, are we lining [up] or are we afraid because they may call us terrorists?” Shaker Elsayed told a crowd of Ethiopian Muslims during a lecture at T.C. Williams High School in Alexandria, Va.

Personally, I know real well where the mosques in my area are. Where no muslims resided at all, until they bought the buildings (often churches) and made mosques out of them.
But thanks for posting the links, they are useful to some folks.
The reason we saved the Saudi’s asses is a three-letter word — OIL.

Iran — shiite, Chechnia — sunni. Something doesn’t jive.
Also consider the Saudi kid who was caught at the Marathon mishap and who suddenly was whisked off to his place of origin.
