The nation's biggest arms store, Charlotte, N.C.'s Hyatt Gun Shop, is calling on gun owners to revolt against President Obama's new gun control move, warning that Washington has its eyes on trashing the Second Amendment and stealing gun rights.
Hyatt has turned part of its retail webpage over to the plea for action: "Whining to other gun owners and giving up on dialogue with your representatives in Congress is how you GIVE AWAY your gun rights! Remember to contact your representative and senator TODAY and keep contacting them. We cannot stress this enough!"
Owner Larry Hyatt told Secrets, "People are outraged. They hate the government. I don't think we've seen this much divisiveness since the Civil War."
Hyatt's store is big. Secrets toured it during the Democratic National Convention. He describes it as America's largest gun store and it sells many of the weapons the president wants to ban, like assault-style rifles and high-capacity magazines.
He is urging gun owners to beg their House and Senate members to temper the president's effort. "Don't waste your time with the president," he said, adding: "The American people are the most scared of the government and what it might do next."
He said that his store has been flooded with customers since Obama began talking about gun control...

Just as I have been predicting, growing revolt.
It's only the oath breakers we good Americans have a problem with.
I’d sue the headline writer for defamation. Seriously.
$60 for pistol primers ... ??? ... $200+ markup on standard handguns ... Their prices make me want a weapons ban ... lol.
I can't imagine why.
The government at all levels has left America, our freedoms, borders, sovereignty and economy, nearly dead on the floor.
BTW, did anyone notice during his destroy the Constitution news conference, that his eyes, body language and demeanor screamed fear, fright, apprehension, uncertainty, dread, and anxiety?
This was glaring.
Only barely-silver lining is he’s definitely approaching irrelevancy.
Given that fact he was reelected, and the fact ya have the past 2 or 3 generations brainwashed by unionized government school teachers, all while big gov flooded the U.S. with tens of millions of foreigners and illegals, dividing the once united.......I’m not so sure your statement is accurate.
Where in the article does he call for revolt?
“Whining to other gun owners and giving up on dialogue with your representatives in Congress is how you GIVE AWAY your gun rights!
To shake these politicians in their boots, remember how they voted the next time they come up for reelection. They won’t tell you they voted voted for gun control.
Carolina Sporting Arms on South Blvd is cheaper, but I hear they are almost sold out.
He doesn't. The author of the article, and the headline writer, have made a false accusation that is defamatory in nature. The shop owner has called for political activism, not for revolt.
I'd sue the publisher and the author for defamation. The article is meant to be a serious news piece, not parody, and it is making a serious accusation, knowing that the accusation is false.
In the U.S. the private sector is quickly becoming outnumbered by government unionized employees at every level, illegals, professional welfare takers, America haters and Muslims and foreigners of every description.
Divide the once united.
No joke...
Not even close.
His eyes are 100% on taking back the House in 2014. Every tactic is meant to fracture and demoralize the GOP while using the MSM to make the voters see the GOP House as the only obstacle to him being able to do the job that they elected him to do.
If he succeeds (and so far he has) then the last two years of his eight will make the first two look like Palin was POTUS and he will become the single most transformative president in history.
Hey Obama. If you don’t like the Constitution, change it.
Lincoln did.
You can too.
Or maybe not.
Plus massive voter fraud in play also.
“...I don’t think we’ve seen this much divisiveness since the Civil War...”
Gee, Larry; you’re THAT old?
