Meet the Press’s studios are located in Washington DC. This morning on “Meet the Press”, David Gregory decided to wave around a 30-round AR-15 magazine.
From DC’s gun laws:
DC High Capacity Ammunition Magazines – D.C. Official Code 7-2506.01
(b) No person in the District shall possess, sell, or transfer any large capacity ammunition feeding device regardless of whether the device is attached to a firearm. For the purposes of this subsection, the term large capacity ammunition feeding device means a magazine, belt, drum, feed strip, or similar device that has a capacity of, or that can be readily restored or converted to accept, more than 10 rounds of ammunition. The term large capacity ammunition feeding device shall not include an attached tubular device designed to accept, and capable of operating only with, .22 caliber rimfire ammunition..”

Why does Gregory need magazine in DC?
All Gregory did was establish how futile the ban laws are.
But it doesn’t count with these liberal pricks. The gun running to Mexico by the Obama administration because they really had an anti gun agenda. These pukes have to be held accountable for breaking the law.

When it comes to wrongheaded liberals named Gregory, I’ll take Dick over David.
Dick served in the Army and was a pretty darn good standup comic, two things David has neither the guts or talent to do.
There was probably a SWAT team off camera to take care of any incident David Gregory might attempt with that empty magazine. Secondly, if the MSM was going to do a story on child pornography rest assured the reporter would be allowed to view such in order to do his story. (sarc)
He might have a tad more credibility if he (or his script writers) knew the difference between a bullet and a cartridge.
There are some AR-22 magazines that look a lot like AR-15 magazines, but I don’t think that’s one of them.
And if no action is taken against Gregory, they need to point out how inconsistently the laws are enforced.
But inconsistency is what they want: for when a government official arbitrarily chooses what laws are enforced he is acting as a high-priest to government, proving that the statist's god [the government] is above law.
Assuming Gregory is not arrested, Gregory is PROVING Wayne’s point that the existing laws aren’t enforced.

David’s kids go to Sidwell Friends School in DC. Current tuition 43k per year.
They have an armed security force and they are now advertising for a shift supervisor with a DC SPO license. That means a security guard that is licensed to carry.

Could any DC resident or group file a criminal complaint to try and force the police into action, I wonder?
so why hasnt the gun crowd posted a petition on the WH web site asking for his arrest?
Why the fuss? Laws are for white, middle-class conservatives. We don’t enforce gun laws against liberals or criminals (redundant, I know).
