If bad weather is on the way, never stay in a low lying area where everything can be destroyed, even your car, and you can't leave, making you a “ward” of the state to be shuffled wherever they want you to be treated like cattle. Get out of there with some supplies and family pictures, insurance papers, etc..
I thank God I've got preps and no ocean water anywhere near me and I'm not in a flood prone low area.
Estimate your danger level for anything right now and prepare to get through whatever that might be. If only those people had been preppers - I really feel sorry for the children and older people who will suffer more than able bodied younger adults.

The Democrats of the Northeast are true believers in the truest sense of that phrase. The answer to your question is "No", they haven't figured it out and they never will because they are so completely devoted to Obama and his Democrats that their minds refuse to believe anything bad about their beloved Democrats and their one true god and leader Barack Hussein Obama. Their love and worship of him is what these people in the Northeast live for every day. They'll gladly and lovingly suffer for him and his Democrats.
