He had his five kids in the car, and chose to go ahead and take his family boating, despite the fine. All he needs to say is he "did it for the children," and the Dems should all swoon.

And as a lawyer I can tell you 8 months is nothing in legal time, continuances, etc. usually the prosecutor does take his sweet time dropping stupid cases so he won’t look.....stupid

Now to be serious: After reading this, I actually just might vote for Romney. I actually like that he has a bit of a rebellious streak towards overbearing and ill placed “Authoritay”. I honestly didn’t think he had it in ‘im.
