For some reason expectations of Biden are decently high. I'm not sure how he'll do, but I know why he might do well...
Biden’s secret weapon is HE LIES ... and the weapon for his ammo is the sycophantic media who will dutifully support Biden’s lies.
Why just this morning, my capitalist running dog employer ordered me to chain our African-American employees before I whipped them and set them about their dawn to midnight cotton-picking. (Picking cotton in Maine does require more than the usual "incentive.") However, in all fairness to my heartless Darwin-loving boss, he did order lightweight aluminum chains in order to boost productivity and does not whip me excessively when my slave crew falls below quota.
Like Joe, I am the first in my family to learn how to read and write ... simultaneously. So, you bet I am hoping Joe scores well in tonight's debate against the evil fascist Ryan who would like nothing better than to take away my food stamps and free cell phone, the bastard!
I think that we all enjoy a good joke about Biden’s gaffaws , especially when he is talking “ off the cuff “.
But remember this , he was successful in politics before he became second fiddle in the Obama administration. Also , he was not avaiable to the press for the last 4 months , after letting it slip that the Obama administration was supporting ‘gay rights’ . His timeing was impecable as at the time there was talk among the political elites of replacing him with Hillary for VP ; this single act solidified Biden remaining for a second term.
Dont sell him short ; he still is a political annimal .
He will be prepared with one and two sentance long jabs and talking points .
If he can score points by not answering directly the question , he will obfiscate and let loose with one of his prepared statements .
Remember this:
Sarah Palin dismantled him in their debate in ‘08.
Biden is demented, dishonest, and stupid.
He’ll self-destruct as usual.

Two good things Ryan did:
(1) He was unfailingly tolerant of someone who came across as a dotty, boorish, slightly crazy older relative Thanksgiving Dinner Guest from one's wife's side of the family, of course.
(2) He was factual, calm, and established himself as genuine, sincere, and experienced. If voters were a rational lot, of course they would rather have this Ryan fellow a heartbeat away from the office than Old Joe.
The moderatrix was a Leftist whore. In all though, nowhere near the convincing smackdown of Obama by Mitt. Maybe that's a good thing. Joey Plugs came out crazy and that had to be a challenge for a rational creature to deal with. If it makes any difference, I hope enough non-Freeper types noticed.

Lighten up will ya? Begala is nowhere near as despicable as that Lanny Whatsisname, or any number of other Leftist Pimps. Begala at least looks like you could slap the right story out of him or frighten him into STFU.
