His main thought thrusts are Democrat platitudes consisting of three-to-five word phrases ennunciated in a quick cadence that ends with an abruptness intended to convey a finality as if he’d just spoken a universal fact (or to a Democrat’s ears, God’s - whoever that is to them - word).
If you add that prissy lisp he has for words ending with an “S,” you have, at least for me, a pretty annoying pattern of speech....
