But I think that the Clinton's want Zero to own a massive Goldwater-type of defeat for the Rats. They can ride to rescue in 2016. However won't HRC be too old? Well answering my own question, she will almost be Reaganesque in age by then. So maybe a old socialist has-been running against a youngish (at least young looking!) hopefully successful GOP team. Could be interesting! Watch them find a way to place Chelsea in a congressional seat. (American equivalent of a UK "rotten borough"!)

Many of the liberal women who have become disenchanted with Obama love her and are enthused by her. It’s as simple as that. As far as I’m concerned, I hope they keep Biden, the gaff-o-matic.

I think they’ll get a new VP, but it won’t be Hillary (which is why she left town and is going to be out of the country for the next couple of weeks).
I have no idea who it will be. Bambi’s magic is gone with everybody except blacks and the press, and neither group has enough numbers to elect him. So their candidate has got to appeal to a broader group.
It might be an Hispanic, but I doubt it, because blacks are not particularly fond of Hispanics (who are immigrants but, like all immigrants, busy climbing the ladder while native-born blacks are still shooting each other in their ghettoes).
I’d say that it will probably be a woman, but not Hillary.
And as mentioned up thread, she’s going to be out of the country during the Dem convention.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, as a sitting administration official, does not have any role at the Democratic National Convention next week in Charlotte. But she seems to gone out of her way to avoid the festivities, as she is traveling this week and next to the Cook Islands, Indonesia, China, Timor-Leste, Brunei, and Russia.
"The Cook Islands this year are the hosts of one of the most important institutions of the Pacific called the Pacific Island Forum," a senior State Department official said Thursday. "It's a group that meets yearly with a number of working groups. It's been in existence almost half a century; it's very significant."

The thing that makes Osama so vulnerable currently is the lack of enthusiasm of his true believers...and others.Having the Former Twelfth Lady as the VP nominee would rekindle that enthusiasm...big time.Many of those who voted for Osama in '08 out of race guilt would now have gender guilt and many others would be excited by the "historic" nature of this new ticket.An Osama/Hillary ticket would win handily.
