In Nevada, PP cannot perform abortions at their sites, but they refer and are allowed to have pamphlets in the high schools, something pro life clinics are not allowed to do.
I have no idea what percentage of abortions are due to PP referrals or if they are given a kickback when they send someone to a clinic.
