TSA is now conducting random check points at bus stations, (and ON random buses), as well as on freeways in Tennessee and elsewhere. PolitiJims Facebook page has steadily been document the encroachment of the growing police state where even city and county cops, think they have authority to arrest you for documenting their activities or even just exhibiting free speech.
Hat tip to EconomicPolicyJournal who shared this video today of a US citizen who knows his rights and isnt putting up with it anymore. Just an everyday citizen who will resist TSA and Federal government tyranny over his constitutional rights.

Why not post it here?
Even your video links go to Youtube through your blog.
You seem positively STARVED for hits. This ain't the welfare office, bud.
Seems to me like James O’Keefe needs to grab his video camera, dress up like a Muslim, and go riding around the country on Greyhound buses.
What a dick.
It’s one thing to get pulled over by a cop and them trying anything and everything to nail you but this is an immigration issue. All he had to do is say “yes, sir” and be on his way. I’m GLAD they are doing those checks!
Bump
I’m confused by this. Is this a border or “near the border” checkpoint?
Next, you'll be glad when they ask you for documentation.
Texas Interstate 35 that runs North and South. Appears to be the section between the border town Nuevo Laredo and San Antonio.
You know, Rhinelander, I am glad they are doing immigration checks too.
It doesn’t look “random”. I think I saw some permanent structures and fixtures in that video. So, is this an illegal checkpoint? If a guy is travelling from one US town to another I would think it technically is. But I’m no expert.
A lot of people don’t know this, but during the depression California had border crossings with other states. They would not let you in unless you had proof of a waiting job, California citizenship, etc.
You know, Rhinelander, I am glad they are doing immigration checks too.

This is I-8, the last CP is in East San Diego county. They are manned by the BP and have assistance from the CHP. Primary use is in alien smuggling and narcotic interdiction including the money involved. About 5-10 miles N of the border, in an area rife with smuggling of both kinds. Likely had a dog sniffing his car while he was waiting. The Ag CP he refers to is on the Az/Cal border, also on I-8. They ask if you have any fruits or other agriculture products with you.
They can ask but you don’t have to answer.
Also, make that between Laredo (Nuevo Laredo) and San Antonio. I noticed that Google, Bing, and Mapquest have removed the English names to US border towns with Mexico.
Laredo Tx is now Nuevo Laredo. The Texas town Brownsville is now Matamoros. Del Rio Tx is now Acuna, and El Paso, Tx is called only Juarez.
At the 2:57 minute mark, the driver says "Where else can I go through sir but highway 35" when he's questioning the TSA, and goes on later stating it's 25 miles from the border. So I-8 is also highway 35?
Not that far N, you might want to mapquest the Southern part of the state. I-8 splits from I-10 in Arizona. I-8 continues through the southern part of Cali to San Diego. I-5 around Camp Pendleton and I-15 around Temecula CA have similar CPs. Less BS at the latter two due to the volume of traffic. BTW this is only on the Westbound side of I-8. Although they do interdict eastbound.
The guy lives in Tempe AZ a thousand miles+ from I35 a N-S interstate from TX to MN. Watch the vid where he guests. I-8 my friend.
I'm sure illegals will always tell the truth to T"SS"A agents, especially terrorists.
I would rather be a "d*ck" than the receptacle.
