I majored in political science and minored in military science. I’ve served this country as an Army Airborne Ranger in special operations.
In modern history there has never been a war settled by a single battle. In modern history there has never been a military force that won each and every single battle. In our own Revolutionary War the Patriot Heroes suffered nothing but defeat for the first year. Yet they won our freedom through perseverance and determination.
Yesterday we lost a battle. It stings because we were betrayed by someone in whom we previously had confidence. It stings because the enemy is gloating over their “victory.” BUT IT IS ONLY ONE BATTLE.
We bear the blame for allowing the Communists 40 years to infiltrate our government, our media, our schools and our courts. We have given them an enormous short-term advantage. And we’ve lately paid the price for our passivity.

1. We know Congress is corrupt and spineless.
2. We know the White House is filled with Chicago Communists.
3. Now we know the Supreme Court will NOT protect the Constitution.

With all three branches of government now out of touch with the constitution, it’s time for all of us to realize that the burden of preserving the republic rests directly on our shoulders.

Yesterday’s setback is not the end of the conflict. It doesn’t matter how many times we’re hit and stumble. All that matters is who is left standing at the end.  NOBODY ELSE is going to do it for us. It’s time to STEP UP.

That's the first thing I said when my sis called me and told me how upset she was over the decision. “Sis, yes we lost this battle but we are not going to lose the war. I told her that the left, lately has been calling the Tea Party dead,well, they were maybe dormant but not dead. I said “watch what happens with the Tea Party now and up to November, you're going to see them come back stronger than ever before. If the Dems already fear the Tea Party, we have just begun to fight. This Roberts decision breathes new life into the grass roots movements like never seen before. This is just my opinion but I believe this decision moved November from a close election to a Romney landslide.

It’s time to severely limit the governments power to tax and spend. They are out of control. It will take more than an election or two. It’s time for action. It’s time to starve them and refuse to go quietly into that night.

Unfortunately, my town might as well be part of San Francisco. We’re getting next to nothing in donations & barely scraping up money to print campaign materials. We’ll be doing a walking & talking campaign, as all we have is shoe leather. The state party is no help at all.

Well said & true sadly we have been less than outstanding in holding our politicians feet to the fire . This I believe will be changing in very short order . I agree, but unlike others, I think Justice Roberts intended his decision to shake us awake. It's not the Supreme Court's duty to fix Congressional mistakes, that's OUR job, and we have that chance every two years, or six, in the case of the Senate. If we don't like em, convince as many of our fellow citizens as possible to vote em out!
