Yeah. Way to go.
It’s good while working behind the scenes for a second string candidate, to keep the first string in mind...
:D
From Sarah on a previous Hannity Show in late April:
TRANSCRIPT of part of the Video Interview between Sean Hannity and Sarah Palin:
Hannity: (8:40min:seconds to 8:46 ) Alright, Lets talk about the campaign and your convinced Romneys it now? Do you think its pretty much over?
Palin(8:47 9:09 ) Well let me put it this way, I dont want Newt to drop out, I dont want Ron Paul to drop out, because I want debate still on the ideas that both of the other candidates have been able to espouse and explain to the country, I want Ron Pauls message about cutting the budget, about the economic woeful times that we are in and what we can do about it I want those to continue to be discussed and Newt has some good ideas too.
Hannity: (9:09-9:22 ) Are you convinced, because you spoke about this at an earlier time during the primary, are you convinced as to time has gone on that governor Romney will govern as a solid strong conservative or do you still have doubts?
Palin: (9:23-9:37 ) I am convinced that governor Romney, if he is our nominee and if he is elected president, he will know to surround himself with those that will inherently know to go right, to err on the side of smaller, smarter government and that gives me a lot of confidence.

As near as I can tell, the only difference between Obama and Romney is Romney doesn’t hate his country.
Sadly, that is probably enough to vote for Romney.
Uh oh.
Sarah voting for ABO?
That one will reverberate thru FR.
This would be considered common sense on any other conservative forum. FR seems to be the only "conservative" forum where we must watch the Mormon haters rage on......just saying.
I trust Sarah’s judgment.
Don’t you?
What a joke of a thread....Palin won’t even say the creep’s name during public appearances, and the party first hacks around here try to claim that she’s giving him her full-throttled support. I don’t think so.
Oh noes.
Sarah’s a RINO CommieLib pro-abort pro-amnesty gun-grabber.
Because she’ll vote for one, to defeat Obama.
We are so phuct.
RINO Backstabber SUPREME Milt RomneyCARE should
pull out tonight.
DID YOU HEAR HIS SPEECH SUPPORTING THE CONTEMPT
BEFORE THE VOTE? No you did not.
Because Mr. RomneyCARE SUPPORTS everything
Obama supports including ineligibility AND ObamaCARE.
I received an interesting poll for MoveOn.Org. They were asking if people thought that they should endorse Obama. They said that if people vote yes, they will put their whole effort behind him, including money. If not, they won’t bother, they will concentrate on other issues.
This wasn’t just a ploy to ask for money, either. I thought that it was interesting that there was any doubt that MoveOn would endorse him. (Even though it might be very little doubt)
Sarah IS the real deal!!!
“...she affirms its ANYBODY. BUT. OBAMA.”
Well, that’s good enough for me.
I want to state right now and right here that I WILL NOT VOTE FOR OBAMA. I WILL vote for SOMEBODY ELSE.
Everybody happy now?
There are some really great conservatives on both sides of the ABO debate. Voting for Romney does not make one a “bad” conservative any more than refusing to vote for him. There’s a Free Republic truce over this issue, and there’s no reason whatsoever to fight over it. Let each person, including Sarah Palin, make up their own mind how it’s best to pursue their conservatism.
I don’t need Palin’s opinion. I’ve been saying for a solid year we have to elect Romney because the nation can’t survive another term with Obama as president.
Anybody with an ounce of intelligence knew that the fix was in and Romney was going to be the GOP-e candidate. I hoped and prayed that Palin would jump in and hijack the process.
I saw a parade of people here support one unelectable candidate after another. First it was Bachmann, when almost no House member has ever won the presidency. Then it was Cain, as if a no-name businessmen with no political experience ever had a chance.
Then JimRob pushed for Gingrich and most people here fell in line and followed him. As if Gingrich was ever going to draw the political money needed to win a presidential election. It was never going to happen.
Now we have Romney as we always knew we were going to get, and the reality is that if you don’t vote for Romney, then you are voting for Obama. Pure and simple.
People on here will scream at the top of their lungs that we must remove Obama at all cost, then out of the other side of their mouths they scream that they would never vote for Romney.
Palin gets it. We can either have a host of new communist executive orders and 2 new communists appointed by Obama to the SCOTUS, and have EPA strangle the energy sector, and have career executive communists installed at every level of Fed Gov civil service, and see our military hamstrung, and have our national security secrets mailed overnight express to the Muslim Brotherhood — or we can hold our noses and vote for Romney.
Palin gets it. ABO.
The funny thing is, every Freeper could write in Scott Walker and it wouldn’t matter.
Obama is going to be ejected on his ass by a mass of middle class voters terrified by the state of the current economy.
So go ahead and write in Gingrich or Allen West. I don’t give a flying leap. It doesn’t matter. You Freepers don’t matter.
Obama is toast. He is a one term wonder and Romney doesn’t need the support of Freepers to beat Obama in November. So vote how you want and then you can all shout how you didn’t vote for Romney anyway.
For my part, I am going to hold my nose and vote for Romney because Palin has it right, as I’ve had it right for a year — Anybody But Obama.
Well it's about that simple now.
1: You hold your nose and vote for Romney
or
2: You don't.
Don't waste my time with a third party. It's a joke.
If you don't vote for Romney I don't want to hear you bitching about Obama for the next 4 years.
No. If true, she affirms, like all so-called "ABOs" do, that
IT'S. ROMNEY.
I wouldn’t blink either. While I wish the republicans would’ve put forth a fully conservative candidate, the fact of the matter is that Obama must be thrown out in November. It’s a near-daily that there is a new assault on our liberties and stomping on the US constitution by the Obama administration
Like I said...I wish it were a more solid conservative. But I won’t not vote, I won’t vote for Ron Paul or throw my vote away on a write in. I will vote to GET RID of this man and his regime.
To those who want to chide me for posting this, feel free. I won’t be responding as I feel I have said nothing that needs defending.
1. Last time I checked, the vote is still scheduled for November 6. So it’s a nice hypothetical, but it’s not exactly “I endorse Mitt. I’m voting for Mitt. I’m asking my supporters to vote for Mitt. I’ll be doing anything and everything to help Mitt win.” See, that’s an endorsement. What the gov has said about her preferences for president in the primary and in the general, from the beginning until now, has consistently not been an final endorsement...of anybody, least of all Mitt Romney.
2. Sarah Palin has been consistently been unafraid of saying what she thinks and saying what she means, even on endorsements, even if her most likely supporters might not agree. Otherwise, she’d have supported Hayworth over McCain, she wouldn’t have supported Fiorina in California, she’d be endorsing Liljenquist right now over Orrin Hatch. Given that, why would she not endorse Mitt Romney, commit to doing all that stuff that endorsers do, right now? Or when Mitt locked up the nomination (and unless a freaking miracle occurs, he did)? Or really, at any time after she chose not to run? Why wouldn’t she? Hmm...don’t think too hard. What is, “She doesn’t want to, Alex”?
And really, as a non-candidate, she’s under no more obligation, either legal or moral, to support the guy than is your average Freeper. At some point it might become politic for her, looking out for her own future career, to come to terms with Mitt. But that’s an option, not an obligation. She really could, if she chose, say “Screw you gahs, I’m goin’ hooooome!” And honestly, after the last few years, I couldn’t entirely blame her.
