They just came into New England. my goodness, I could eat there every night...but it would shorten my life by years.
I’ve been eating at Five Guys for at least the past 10 years (they started locally). ONCE I was disappointed in the burger/fries. Not sure what the problem was. But on every other occasion the burgers/fries were superb.
If you so dislike, tho, why do you find them “usually” and “often” not to your liking ... if I didn’t like them, it would hardly be ‘usually’ nor ‘often.’ They wouldn’t enjoy my repeat business.

They should call any sandwich named after Bloomberg, The “Bloomturd”, full of shit just like him, cheese that makes you fart, and ketchup to cover up the bad taste.
Re the Original “Five Guys”. It is right down the street from my house. Eat your hearts out guys. My family has been there so many years that they give us extra fries and burgers for free because they like our business. They also have kosher hot dogs. Life is pretty good at Five Guys.

Right on “DUNE” fan. There is no “tomato flavor” in Five Guys meat. It is fresh meat and I’ve never seen any flavoring added to it other than perhaps salt and pepper.
You tell them what you want on the burger.
They are charbroiled which is good for keeping a natural meat flavor in, and to kill any ecoli bacteria on it.
THe meat does pick up the flavor from the broiler fried onions and green peppers, but that is all I’ve ever seen in over 25 years of eating there.
Jake should try wearing his glasses when he goes out. “Rat in a Hat” is not Five Guys.

Every time I have a Five Guys burger and fries I first make sure that I have “911” on speed dial.
