Tom Hoefling: "I will shut down every abortion facility in the country"
Tom Hoefling for President 2012 ^ | June 11, 2012 | Tom Hoefling

Posted on 06/11/2012 9:17:17 AM PDT by EternalVigilance

"All officers of government in this country, in every branch, at every level, have as the first obligation of their sacred oath the protection of all innocent lives within their jurisdiction.

Should I be elected to the office of President of the United States, I will keep my oath.

Justice Blackmun, in Roe vs. Wade, admitted that “of course” the child in the womb is protected by the Fourteenth Amendment, if they are a person.

Since it is self-evident that they are a person, my first act as President, after having sworn the oath, will be to publish a presidential finding to that effect.

My second act will be to ask for the resignation of anyone in the executive branch who will not act accordingly.

My third act will be to order the closing of every abortion facility in the country, as per the explicit, imperative requirement of the Supreme Law of the Land.

'No person shall be deprived of life without due process of law.'

'No State shall deprive any person of life without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.'”

So you can be 100% ‘conservative’ and never win thereby never change anything, and condemn millions more babies to death.

Exactly. Given the opportunity to work on a law that would eliminate 99.8% of abortions (and still leave open the opportunity of closing out the other 0.2%) E.V. and his crowd would far prefer to stalk off into a corner, fold their hands, stick their noses in the air, and congratulate each other on their sanctimony.

Pfui!

Please tell me how you shut down every abortion clinic if the police, the courts, the governors, the prosecutors ALL IGNORE YOU?

What then?

Yes, your posting history is clear, you are a romneybot.

You are on this thread to serve Romney.

The “flying Imams” are not anti-Mormon, they are anti-Mormonism, GOP presidential candidate, Bishop Mitt Romney being a high and powerful Mormon, from a powerful family of Mormon royalty, naturally crosses over with Mormonism.

Catholics and other Christians are obligated to speak out on and stand up to Mormonism.

No, how are you going to enforce your illegal orders? What will you do to close down the abortion clinics and stop them from killing babies?

Will you send out the Army? Perhaps the Marines?

Will you ask nicely? Issue an executive order on Friday night?

How will you enforce your so called proclamations?

Which part of this do you not understand?

“No person shall be deprived of life without due process of law.”

“No State shall deprive any person of life without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

Illegal orders

How is enforcing the most important, explicit, imperative requirements of the Supreme Law of the Land "illegal"?

IMO there were only two conservative candidates (Santorum and Cain) and neither of them won the nomination.

The romneybot beards?

One never having been elected to anything, and the other a Romney like figure who admits that he switched from abortion to pro-life to run for office, who mocked Reagan conservatives as "fringe", who endorsed removing pro-life from the GOP platform in 1996 while supporting a pro-abortion presidential candidate, and who passionately endorsed Romney in 2008?

Sad and tawdry indeed. That you might take a couple hundred votes away from someone who has a chance to stop Obama is truly tragic.

Please tell me what impact conservatives have had on the Presidential election?

Conservatives had a history making victory in 2010, we are starting to reverse the government unions, we are growing in importance, not shrinking.

Yes, your side kept conservatives from the presidency, but the fight between you and conservatives is far from over.

Hey Mods!!!

If I announce that I'm running for President, can I get my vanities put under News / Activism too?

Here's the first draft of my platform:

My first act will be to replace Ben Franklin on the $100 with Julius H. Marx. It's all about the Grouchos!!

My second act will be to decree that all citizens change their underwear every half hour. It will be required to wear underwear on the outside so I can check. (sorry I stole this, Woody...)

My third act will be to replace "The Star Spangled Banner" with the Hoosier Hot Shots arrangement of "There's A Tear In My Beer Tonight"..

And that's just Inauguration Day!!

Reagan once supported Abortion. Oh and I don’t think netmil is a ‘he’

Nor do I think she is a Romney like figure. Why can’t you make a real argument instead of just throwing out insults?

Oh yeah, because yer a troll

I would ask what part of the Constitution you don't understand - as far as the President not having an unlimited and unchecked mandate to do whatever the hell he wanted in pursuit of what he considered Constitutional goals - but it is obvious that you don't understand even the concept.

Under the Constitution, one is a citizen once they are either born or naturalized as a citizen.

Under the law of all 50 States (Oklahoma is currently attempting to change this) one is only a legal person once they are born.

Legally the unborn are not citizens, nor are they a “person” under the law of all 50 States.

You can think that is wrong - you can try to change that (Oklahoma is currently attempting to do so) - but it is obvious that you are absolutely ignorant concerning the law and the Constitution.

BTW, there is no “most important” or “explicit” part of the Constitution.

Have you ever actually read it?

So, you all would side with those who refuse to do the first and most important thing associated with the oath of office, which is to provide equal protection for the God-given, unalienable rights of the people.

Interesting.

The Constitution is explicit about the equal protection of the right to life of each and every innocent person, in every jurisdiction.

You have to be trying to miss it to miss it.

“No person shall be deprived of life without due process of law.”

“No State shall deprive any person of life without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”

You can’t debate the crucial matters at hand, so you appeal to the mods to try and bury the thread?

How pathetic.
