Maybe he had difficulty answering a real tough question like “what is your name?”.
Every time these charges were mentioned there were those who challenged the facts with half truths or outright lies! It was a situation where saying something over and over began to “dull” the truth.

If I remember correctly the error on the application was his submitting a statement that said he had never been known by another name...someone else may be more clear on this.

That both decided to stop paying fees to the Il. Bar is with out doubt, the rest is speculation, a citation of the case and judge claimed would aid better understanding the situation with M. Obama a transcript thereof even more so

people who retire surrender their licences too. This way they don’t have to pay for “inactive status” or keep up with continuing education.
