Gateway Pundit carries an interview of Janet Murgula, President of La Raza, on Keeping it Real with Reverend Al Sharpton (guest host Andre Eggelletion). The gist of the conversation is Hispanics and blacks should join forces to address common “problems.” It is curious why such a conversation is taking place at the height of the Trayvon Martin issue.
It seems the controversy is now driving a wedge between Hispanics and blacks. Janet Murgula wouldn't have made her statement otherwise. The friction has long been there. Look at the street gangs of Los Angeles, look at the prison gangs. They are primarily Hispanics vs. blacks. Blacks blame Hispanics for their job losses and a host of other ills. Hispanics think blacks are being dealt better cards in the way of racial preferences.
When the Trayvon Martin case exploded, it was in the interest of the Obama campaign to make it a case of white vs. black. They wanted to gin up the base with the tried and true "the Klan is coming to git you" mentality. But it has turned into a renewal of long simmering Hispanic/black tensions -- this despite the sycophant media’s best efforts to create anti-white animus by calling George Zimmerman a white Hispanic from a gated community and various other subterfuges.
Efforts by liberals, the media and black “leaders” for rush to judgment no doubt has Hispanics worried that this is but one more example of favoring blacks over them. Obama and the liberal media unintentionally walked into a trap....

Do you mean how they portraied Tray as a Sunday School model citizen, when he was actually a drug selling burglar, or how they portrayed Geroge as a Killer Cracker Nazi intent on hunting down and slaying poor widdle skiddles?
As the facts have been coming out, all of a sudden the Hispanic community wised up to the Black lynch mob being stoked here. We know the state of race relations between Hispanics and Blacks is touchy at best. This intentionally fomented race hate from the White House could (and apparently has) started to boomerang. If it does, it could really shatter the Black-Hispanic coalition that Zer0’s depending upon for his election. I have a feeling this party's just beginning and it may just play out differently than originally planned.
Zimmerman is not a large man and he was measured at 5'8" at his booking.
We now know that Trayvon was at least 6 feet, maybe 6'2".
I think the way the news reported a young boy being shot by a man actually influenced the statements witnesses made.
There was at least one witness who saw the "larger man" on the "smaller boy" and I think assumed that the smaller boy must be Trayvon because that was how he was reported in the media description of what happened in her neighborhood.
Isn't it odd that in every other case with footage from a gas station or a 7-11 security camera, the news organizations seem to get hold of the footage and put it on the air?
Would showing Trayvon's visit to 7-11 show a large figure in a bulky hooded sweatshirt and perhaps baggy pants favored by the yutes these days?
The size of Trayvon in that footage would be inconsistent with the narrative given by the media.
Carney tried to wash zero’s hands of this pending bloodfest just today, imperially announcing that He and Him will have no further comment on the M v. Z case. Now we just have to wait for all the RAT media who are materially invested in the case to get the ‘cable’.
Should take about until Sunday before the ‘I said shut up and KILL this story’ command is understood and implemented.
That guard could almost pass as Mr Zimmerman’s twin.
I expect the Black race baiters will keep stoking the racial fires and this will fire-up the Hispanics because they will not abide a Zimmerman lynching by the Jacksons and Sharptons.
Whites are p.o.’ed too, but the Hispanics are the ones that could really be the problem for Holder's and Zer0’s people. This Z vs. M case will NOT go away because someone will keep stoking the fire and pouring gasoline on things.
Then there's AG Holder and his DoJ bunch of racists — will they get the message? We shall see, but I predict things will get far more interesting before this is over.

With regard to the image above, it cannot be said that it happened somehow by accident. These are major news agencies with the best equipment and image manipulation skills on the planet. This is more deliberate manipulation of the news and associated images to create anger and promote a particular line of propaganda.
How many examples can you find of the MSM doctoring the news either by editing 911 calls, police video or official mugshots? Perhaps by their choice of language - E.G.→ Coining the phrase "White Hispanic"?
Perhaps editing the images of Trayvon to show him as a baby, young boy or even photoshopping him to make him look like a doe-eyed model?
Notice the normal location of the logo/chyron on the left video as compared to the Zimmerman video - where it was intentionally moved to cover where the undoctored video best shows evidence of a head injury.
Martin wanted to live the thug life.
Looks to me he was turning into one.
