How about a quick summary of the "nuggets"?

(1) Regarding the Selective Service registration: It was pointed out by Mike Zullo that if O didn't register for Selective Service, he is by law barred from holding any position on the government payroll, i.e., failure to register with Selective Service - and just that - makes him ineligible for President.

(2) The Cold Case Posse asked the feds for the documents of persons processed by INS entering the US in 1961, the year Obama was purportedly born. Amazingly, the relevant documents are available on microfilm for that time frame, but somehow the microfilm roll(s) for the first 9 days(?) of August are the only ones missing.

(3) Sheriff Arpaio's office made a written request to Selective Service for O's original draft registration or to make arrangements to study it. The request was brushed off and they were told to go to the FBI.

This was all stated on March first except maybe that failure to register with Selective Service would make him ineligible to hold public office, as if fraud wouldn't also make him ineligible.

One of the local Tea Party people is asking Arizonans to sign a petition to the state legislature, asking them to pass a resolution in the form of a letter to the AZ Secretary of State, which asks the SOS to thoroughly vet Obama’s constitutional qualifications for POTUS before his name is placed on the state ballot.

Not to mention that Virginia's own brother couldn't get her bc and is suing for it. HI says it's there... it isn't there... brother can't legally get it... vexatious requester... just another coinky dink... move along, nothing to see... Amazing, huh.

Duh. The more evidence, the better. Sheriff Joe knows exactly what he is doing, he damn well knows his rights when it comes to being the Top Honcho, feds have NO standing.

He also knows how the game is played...and is using it against them.
