Is The Boss weighing in on the Trayvon Martin case? Starting with his show in Tampa, another song was added to Bruce Springsteens set list American Skin (41 Shots).
Its a song Springsteen wrote years ago and, according to music lore, was his response to the 1999 shooting death of unarmed West African immigrant Amadou Diallo. Diallo was killed by a group of then-New York City police officers. He was shot 41 times, according to a police report.
Trayvon, 17, was shot and killed on Feb. 26 in Sanford, Fl. by George Zimmerman, a 28-year-old insurance underwriter and college student who has yet to be charged.
Trayvon was unarmed, carrying just candy and ice tea. The death and lack of an arrest has triggered a nationwide crusade for Zimmermans arrest and calls to change Floridas controversial Stand Your Ground law...

I blame Big Skittles and Big Tea for covering up obvious quality control issues.
Just sayin’...
Another reason to do away with courts and judges and all that expense. Let them be tried and convicted in the MSM. They seem to have all the facts beforehand and in front of them - they don’t have to deal in facts.
Any need to wonder what would happen to a Trayvon lookalike in a hoodie who might happen to wander onto the gated Springsteen estate in Colt’s Neck?
Hey Jersey Boy...I went to the same grammar school as Bruce did and actually saw his first band performance at the old Woodhaven Country Club in Freehold...let me be kind and just say that Bruce was not the sharpest knife in the drawer.
Typical white liberal. Exploiting blacks to further his own agenda and assuage his white guilt over something he wasn’t even a part of over a century and a half ago. It’s all about feeling good with these people. Hey look at me, I’m standing up for black people against all those evil white people.
Does anyone care?
Who the hell cares about Commiesteen? Who even listens to his music? I just picture him in some room filled with a bunch of stuffed animals on raised flooring with a cheering soundtrack that plays when he finishes a song.
PLANTATION owners weighing in...and other Plantation owners carrying out the KKK rules...
He’s always on the wrong side.
Hmm, I wonder if Springsteen plans on dedicating a song to the two Brits who were gunned down in FL by that 17 year old murderous vermin (who happens to be Black). I’m not holding my breath.
Isn’t this interesting though? This is a weakness of the Left that can be clearly identified and used to our advantage if you think strategically. Their instinctive need to be the center of attention often leads them to stake out a strong public opinion too soon.
The problem is, their appointed martyr (or virgin) too often loses his/her luster when the inquisitive eyes of millions start probing for details.
This is hilarious. Do they really think Americans are so stupid as to buy this kind of propaganda? The people are laughing that them but they continue to double down — which just makes everyone laugh harder.
It’s too late to wipe the blemishes off Trayvon Martin. The gangbanger pics and tweets are viral.
LOL. He's the cousin of a NJ friend of mine. My friend can't stand him.
Who gives a crap what a third rate “rock star” has to say about anything?
Springsteen’s body guards would cap him if he ever had him on the ground beating his head into the pavement.
Pray for America
Springsteen’s blue collar hero act has always been as phony as the proverbial three dollar bill.
