Anyone wanting to know what these geniouses are up to, just read the William Gibson/Neuromancer and Bruce Sterling books. They are wannabee cyberpunks with some actual skill.

The effects would be extremely rare for hours (you’d be reading about it on FR before you actually saw an error yourself), then would grow slowly over a period of day IF NO ONE DID ANYTHING ABOUT IT (and by doing something about it, I’m not saying they even have to fix THOSE servers, we’d just need a “few” backend providers to take action).
