As the investigation into the investigation of the killing of Trayvon Martin continues, new facts are beginning to surface, and the Fox affiliate in Tampa Bay found an anonymous witness who spoke to them in George Zimmermans defense, saying he saw the man who was mostly the aggressor in the struggle fall on the grass, dead.
Tampa Bays Fox 13 reported that the witness, who agreed only to be identified as John, saw the struggle and it was his testimony the police used to let Zimmerman go free (John spoke to Fox 13′s Orlando Affiliate, Fox 35). His statements to the cops were instrumental because Sanford police say those screams you hear, the anchor notes, are Zimmermans and not Martins. Says John: When I got upstairs and looked down, the person that was on top beating up the other guy was the one laying in the grass, and I believe he was dead at that point.
The police report allegedly included notes of Zimmermans shirt being wet and grassy on the back, a sign of struggle. What it also includes, though, according to this report, is an initial assessment of the situation as manslaughter and unnecessarily killing to prevent an unlawful act, according to the first police officer on the scene.
This story is far from over as the story develops and Zimmermans side comes up to light. Given that the witness is anonymous and the only on-the-record supporters of Zimmermans are his parents, his neighbor, and his lawyer, however, a reasonable explanation for his behavior appears quite elusive. The station also compiled Zimmermans history of 911 calls, the police report from the night of Martins death, and a number of other handy documents to understand the situation.

What is the significance of a Getty photo?
(Not being a smart aleck..I truly don’t know.)
He was suspended for 10 days and his father said it was for being in an unauthorized area of the school- but he wouldn’t elaborate. I’m guessing the school caught him breaking into an office or other area in order to steal.

I had read that he was suspended for being late too many times.
I’m on a phone, so I can’t copy and paste, but that is what I had read.
Not exactly. His father was not home at the time of the shooting. He returned later, tried to call Trayvon and got no answer, which he thought was a little surprising, but wasn't worried. He fell asleep and was scared when he woke up and Trayvon was still not there, so he called the police. They came over to the house to see a picture, and identified him then. The next morning - not three days. Here is the dad's story.
Yes, to sell so he could buy his drugs and pimp some prostitutes.
sarc.
Thanks for the update.
Individual Americans who consider themselves sovereign and who are NOT clients of the State need to understand that this government and this news media are our enemy who not only do not care if we live or die, but are willing to kill as many of us as it will take to achieve their political goals.
I have no idea where the NBA All-Star Game story came from. I've seen it repeated in several news stories even though it is easily shown to be false, as you and I both did on our own.
To be honest, I don't know where the Skittles story came from, or why it even matters, except that it is all meant to paint a certain sort of picture. Isn't it enough just to say he was returning to his father's place? As the story you linked to shows, it isn't his family who offered the stories of Skittles and basketball.
There are just too many people assuming, exaggerating and simply making things up in this story to try to reinforce whatever version of events they've decided is true.
Sanford and its Sons: Wannabe cop meets wannabe gangsta. Wannabe cop wins!
My guess, since from all reported accounts that he wasn’t a bad kid per se, probably the equipment locker room without permission or something like that.
A race war would be a useful tool to break the system.
Yeah, I’ve seen that three days story repeated in a fair number of reports (and by all the agitators) too. I don’t know why I still get surprised at how lazy and uninterested in reporting facts the press can be...
(2) He didn't say he saw how it started ~ just that when he first saw it the guy with the red was on the bottom.
(3) Last, Leftwingtards AND Conservatives got very interested in this case this last week when the Sanford cops released the 911 recordings that are relevant to the situation.
Several reasons for why there are few witnesses ~
(1) It was a dark and rainy night.
(2) It was about 60 degrees ~ cool enough that Floridians think you should go indoors or something ~ not at all understandable in the NORTH and
(3) I believe there were some serious basketball games that evening ~ which is why 17 year old Trayvon Martin decided to go buy Skittles and some iced tea at a nearby convenience store (tea for his 13 year old step brother). NOTE: Best anyone can tell Trayvon was a highschool football player, not a basketball player.
Trayvon was supposedly on the phone the whole time with his girlfriend back in Miami. The family lawyer says he has the phone logs ~ and there's a claim the cops have the same phone logs. Nobody is saying that the cops have Trayvon's phone although there are some tv spots about why they didn't use that phone (if they had it) to contact his family.
You will need to follow the 911 calls carefully to understand this story. At some point Zimmerman saw Martin and began following him in his pickup truck. Martin was on foot. His girlfriend claims that Martin observed Zimmerman following him. His girlfriend claims she told Martin to run. Zimmerman says Martin ran. He, in turn, got out of his truck and began tracking Martin on foot. The 911 dispatcher told him he didn't need to do that.
We do not know when Zimmerman pulled his gun ~ nor do we know how far away he was from Martin when he fired. Such things have not been revealed.
Thanks, McGruff.
I didn’t know if it was a copyright issue or there was some problem with the actual photos.
http://espn.go.com/nba/boxscore?gameId=320226031 The East and West Allstars games ~ Hmm. (NOTE: The stepbrother is noted somewhere at 13 years of age ~ little older than latchey ~ easily left alone a short while)>
Or about the black youths in the Kansas City area who taunted a “white boy” by dousing him with gasoline and setting him on fire....
Doesn’t need to be a crime like theft or breaking and entering. There could be LOTS of unauthorized places in a school and he broke the rules by going there. Like a guy in the girls’ locker room.
