Testing the First Amendment: Is Obama pushing martial law?

The fact that this has gone viral since it was released, and that those who’ve commented on it all believe this is nothing less than martial law under a more politically-correct name, is in itself significant reason to appropriately react. Could this be the beginning of martial law in America? Unless the President is clairvoyant and he’s doing this in reaction to some future event that only he sees in his mind’s eye — an event some argue he’s hoping to instigate — the Constitutional crisis this raises is frightening.

Plenty of us knew that the Patriot Act was a mistake. Homeland Security was never implemented in a way justified by the Constitution. The feds tried to take away our freedom and they hoped that we would feel safer because of it.

Well all the freepers who can’t decide whether they will be able to pull the lever for Romney in Nov may not have to make that decision after all. May not be any elections. Alan Keyes predicted this at the time of Obama’s election. The Marxist takeover is moving along on schedule.

I do not think that these acts done by any president could be looked upon as glorious as we are loosing our freedoms one by one and are mostly just yawning.

Freedom of speech, assembly, religion....life and death are up to bat here. Not a joke. Not paranoia. This is for real. We are facing a communist form of government where the state controls all and our constitution is being shredded and we are letting it happen.

I told my friends and family when he was elected that I didn’t think he ever intended to leave. Too many things have pointed to that mindset with him. He is too arrogant and has never intended to give up the power and money they are enjoying now.

IMHO; Executive Orders that effectively is a Dictatorship, without Challenging the Constitutionality of it, shoul be Cause for Treason Charges against the Usurper, as he has NO Constitutionaly authority to impose uni-lateral dictates on We The People.

Congressmen should be REMOVED FROM OFFICE for Derelection of Duty, if they authorize funding for these schemes that are Legislation without Congressional Appropriation. There's NO WAY these Dictates from The Messiah should be allowed to be funded, and "National Defense" has NOTHING to do with this one!

There are a few differences. I think the Patriot Act was a knee-jerk reaction to a successful assault on US soil and while it was overreaching and plain, old unconstitutional, at least there was a reason.
It is now over ten years later and, though there is always a threat nowadays, there is no imminent threat. Why now? Is it the gradual progression of the planned takeover or maybe a safety net in case it becomes obvious that they will lose control in the election?

Congress will make noises about all this but they won’t cross the line because their families have been threatened.
