Rush went through the numbers today. Other than a couple of “show” sponsors, such as the soon to be dead Carbonite, he is sponsored by STATIONS not SPONSORS. He is carried on 600+ stations and most stations average 30 sponsors or so, some of which get their commercials during his show, some not, but pretty much sprinkled about during or before/after his show.

Many if not most stations would completely disappear if they dropped Rush (Clear Channel should just call themselves “Rush Channel”).

This little hissy fit by the libs and a small number of companies mean nothing. Rush won’t lose a plug nickel.

And, let us not forget, RUSH WAS RIGHT. A woman who asks for money to pay for her sex is indeed a prostitute. Rush just should have let it hang out there for the listeners to complete the joke...
