For me it comes down to who do I trust will lead our country with Godly courage.
That man is Rick Santorum.
The COURAGE to do right.
The COURAGE to trust the Lord.
The COURAGE to call evil what it is.
The COURAGE to recognize the spiritual battle and put on the full armor of God.
Do you have the COURAGE to stand with Rick?
Daniel played on God's team not on a team of the club of 100 lords and ladies. WHY was Daniel placed into the lion's den? It sure was not because he went along to get along. God is in control and He will use whomever He decides will fulfill His plan. Have we not yet learned WHY he allowed old Pharaoh to rise up out of the dust bin of history? I do not think so. Claiming oneself to have courage does not make it a WORD from the LORD!!!!
Good grief... I met Rick (and talked to him at length) about three years ago, and I shook his hand a second time last week at CPAC. His hair is natural... it is not a "rug".
Clearly the intent of my post is to encourage and exhort the Rick Santorum supporters and seek God’s best for America. If Rick is not elected President it will not be from lack of praying for God’s Will to be done. I am seeing the evil attacks on Rick Santorum and it only motivates me to continue to pray for Divine protection for him and his family. Is that so bad?
I have no clue who fits the plan that God has already established and WRITTEN. What I do know is what God says will happen IF we individually or collectively turn our backs upon Him. IF is the biggest WORD God uses when He gave out His instruction manual. I have yet to hear Rick float the notion that it was against God to let the secularmites remove the Ten Commandments from public schools and install the doctrine of TOE.
Praying for Rick and his family is not the same thing as asking as IF we can change God's plan and make our will His will. I do not know who God will use to fulfill His plan, but, He obviously has allowed BamBamKennedy to rule over US, what does that say about US?
Ok sorry, "toupee".
>>...you will have CONFIDENCE that a GOLDFISH in a bowl full of sharks who has the protection of God will be a goldfish who is protected because GOD is able to shut the mouths of the sharks...<<
Then clearly, Santorum is not taking your advice, because he certainly seems left to his own (apparently insufficient) devices when the sharks have nibbled at him so far.
I can appreciate your faith in our creator, but Santorum is no prophet, savior or even our national shepherd. He is just a man of the world engaged in *worldly* things. It’s up to him to do this and so far, he is not lending much confidence he can withstand public pummeling.
Just my stinky opinion - and opinions may vary.
Rick Santorum doesn’t wear a “toupee” nor a “rug”. It’s his natural hair.
...my wife is such a blessed and devout Christian woman that I think she keeps even me, a week soul with many spiritual shortcomings, from the flames of perdition.
She is not the political animal that I am because such notions are superfluous to her personal journey in Christ...
...until now.
My lovely bride of over three decades and I both voted for Rick Santorum in our South Carolina primary for different reasons—I for the constitutional health of America and she for it's soul.
