Immediately after hearing that Georgia Judge Michael Malihi ruled against the Plaintiffs in the case regarding Obamas eligibility to be on the 2012 presidential ballot, and hearing that Malihi was a Muslim Iranian, I decided to find out all I could about him. Is his ancestry really Iranian? Is his faith really Muslim? And did either of these things, if true, play a role in his decision to side with Obama in the Georgia eligibility hearing?
I set out to find all the details I could. What I found was precious little.
Judge Michael MalihiJudge Malihi is the Deputy Chief Judge for the Georgia Office of State Administrative Hearings. He was appointed Judge in 1995. If you go to the official website for his office, what you dont find may be more interesting than what you do find. On the OSAH website there is a page which lists bios for all the judges, including Malihi. I clicked on Malihi and all that was listed for him was this:
Thats it! If you click on the links for all the other judges listed, you will find a brief bio telling of where the particular judge was born, where they went to school, etc. But for Malihi? Nada! Zip! Niente! Bupkis! Nothing!
I decided to look at other websites for other state or federal judges to see if its common practice to have absolutely no information listed in their bios.
The Federal Judiciary Center has a massive list.
The directory includes the biographies of presidentially-appointed judges who have served since 1789 on the U.S. District Courts, the U.S. Courts of Appeals, the Supreme Court of the United States, the former U.S. Circuit Courts, and the federal judiciarys courts of special jurisdiction.
I examined a sampling of about 50 judges listed on this site and they all had bios which contained at least when and where they were born, when they died if applicable, where they went to school, where they practiced their career path.
At the official Supreme Court site, bios of all judges were listed.
I looked up judges in various states, in a variety of different roles and guess what? Out of the approximately 15 different sites I visited for different states, bios were present for all judges! I looked up Circuit Court judges, Appellate judges, Superior Court judges, and more. They ALL had bios listed.
Nothing on Judge Michael Malihi.
Isnt that interesting? So I ran searches on several search engines on his name. Was I able to find out much more?
On Google, all I found was essentially what has already been posted on this blog, and others regarding his recent ruling in favor of Obama and his eligibility to be on the 2012 Presidential ballot in GA.
From YOUR site:
“Certificates of Birth, Long Form.
There seems to be a lack???
But Please Admit that you dont like
Obama cause hes Black.”
Jeeze, Squeeky...didn’t you say:
Some of the people here thought I was just a Obot, and did not realize I was a Common Sense Suspicious Birther up until April 27 when Obama finally coughed up his long form.
Good Lord, girl...get your story straight! You’re all over the place!
Good night and good bye—no more attention for you!
“Newbie”? “Pulled Rank”? “Probation”?
LOL!
Welcome to Free Republic. Play nice.

after you read the above article, you will then need to decide from whom he inherited his sect of the cult. If the kenyan was his father, his membership came from the Peninsula with the slavers. That’s sunni.
If his father was a controversial African-American radical who converted to sunni islam in April, 1964, he also inherited his membership to that same sect.
And as neither potenial MALE ancestors (I use the word potential because we do not know his parentage) were anywhere in the vicinity of the region now known as Iraq when the split between these two sects of the cult of mohammadanism took place, shiite would appear to be most unlikely.

Great thread! thanks
Perhaps, but eventually all the “stealth” people will need to reveal(perhaps in smug arrogance) themselves when the “long game” really begins. I think we’ll find that while enormous damage and bloodshed may occur at the outset, these ‘stealth’ people will have no depth or large numbers to maintain control and that the temporary alliances and groups they’ve used to achieve their initial ends will fall apart and these folks will turn on each other as God turns up the heat!

One of the standard reference books on judges' bios, both federal and state levels, covering the entire country, is The American Bench. You will find it in any good reference library. No administrative law judges would be included. Furthermore, even amongst the true judges, there is a wide range of degree of detail, depending on what information each individual judge wishes to supply.
Malihi might be an Iranian immigrant, but most Iranian immigrants to the US since the overthrow of the Shah and the beginning of the mullah regime (1979) are staunchly anti-Islamist.
Well, if you really want to talk about arrogance, I suggest you take a look in the mirror. Tell me what you see when there is this person staring back at you who:
1.Pretends to know the law about natural born citizenship.
2. Is a member of a group that makes up imaginary legal requirements (the two citizen parent stuff)
3. But, when they present their arguments in court gets laughed out of every court in which they are made.
4. Then, try to blame it all on the judges when they lose, refusing to consider the possibility that they are just wrong, and their legal theory a steaming pile of nonsense.
5. Gets laughed at and jeered by conservative lawyers such as Ann Coulter and Mark Levin for their absurd beliefs.
6. Yet, continues to blithely lie to other conservatives about the ineligibility of people like Mark Rubio and Bobby Jindal.
7. And, when somebody points out their insanity and bad behavior to them, tries to intimidate them into silence.
Cause you know what??? That is the person staring back at you in the mirror.
So There!!!
Has any research been done on SoS Brian Kemp?
You are correct. It's funny but during the entire '08 campaign, there aren't but two or three posts max (generating few if any further replies) discussing the two citizen parent "requirement" here on this forum until Leo introduced it shortly after the election. Suddenly, "We all learned this in school!" became the rallying cry (and I'm still waiting for someone to cite a civics textbook that uses this interpretation of NBC). Once the absurd and convoluted "Kenyan birth" conspiracy fell apart under the weight of its own preposterousness, Leo comes riding in with his wholly invented "Plan B" and now people are incredulous that nobody is buying it.
Excuse me, but I, Windflier, don't presume anything. I simply posted an article of general interest.
Thanks for your explanation, though. It's a good counterweight to the prevailing sentiment of conspiracy.
Squeeky, you're an ass. Plain and simple.
You're a relative newcomer to this community, yet you seem to have no regard for that fact. People here don't know you. You haven't developed any sort of rapport or reputation with us. A simple mindset of good manners and general civility is required of any newcomer to an established group. We're real people, and I highly suggest that you treat us as such.
If you don't instinctively know all this, then you've got issues with people skills, and probably quickly make enemies wherever you go. You're quickly doing that here.
I don't have any issue at all with your having a diametrically opposed opinion to mine about the NBC subject. None at all. For most conservatives, it's not hard to debate other conservatives in a civil fashion. Even when debates become heated, one needn't sink into verbal abuse and nastiness. In fact, that behavior is a common mark of one who has lost the argument. The fact that you begin your debates with that behavior is telling.
In a nutshell, Squeeky, you have an opportunity to become part of one of the most important conservative communities in the country, but you won't last long here, if you insist upon being nasty and abusive with everyone you disagree with.
I'm pretty sure someone posted something about him on the thread, or at the source article.
1. Who says YOU are a conservative??? What do we call people who make up laws to suit their beliefs??? Uh, LIBERALS!!! Like LIBERAL activist judges do. This is what YOU are doing with your Imaginary Two Citizen Parent requirement.
2. Politeness??? Yeah, I can do polite. Problem is that the two citizen parent Birthers here can’t. Disagree with them, and they start calling you names. Two citizen parent Birthers can NOT distinguish any boundary between REALITY and PERSONAL OPINION.
All this stuff is very personal to them, so that when you point out their numerous legal boo-boos they personalize it and think someone is out to get them or something. There is a profound mental disconnect for the two citizen parent Birthers so that “what I think the law should be” becomes “what the law is.” This is why two citizen parent Birthers are sooo RABID.
3. Wanna an example of Number 2 above??? Let’s look at YOUR post here. When I mentioned the Ankeny case in post number 41 above, this is what YOU replied in post number 47. Quoting YOU:
“I’ve been a part of the Birther conversations on Free Republic since Obama’s run for office first sparked them. I have spent hundreds of hours following those conversations, and studying countless references elsewhere. I haven’t read the case you refer to, but I must say that I’m surprised that few have mentioned it, until now.”
That paragraph above is what YOU said. Sooo, YOU have never read the Ankeny decision, and yet when the Georgia Judge hands down his decision, based on the reasoning found in Ankeny, what is YOUR reaction??? Is it to go and actually read the Ankeny decision so that you might understand where Malihi is coming from, to decide whether he is right or wrong??? To decide whether or not he is following the law??? Oh H*LL NO!!!
Instead, YOU do a thread called “Who Is Judge Michael Malihi?,” and fill it up with all sorts of insults against him, without ever once even bothering to actually read the relatively short and easy-to-read Ankeny case.
See. This issue isn’t about the LAW for you and your brethern here. It is some kind of weird psychological thing where you pretend the law is what you want it to be, as opposed to what it is. Then, you plop a “CONSERVATIVE” label on yourself, and set out to preach (lie) to other conservatives here how Rubio and Jindal are not eligible, when you haven’t even read the relatively few cases that apply.
Sooo, I think you need to examine your own motives and behavior and if you do, you might come to the conclusion that what I really am isn’t IMPOLITE. I am far, far worse than that. I am PERCEPTIVE.
I say this hoping you will do the right thing and get off this Imaginary Law stuff.
