It’s time to contact your state senators and representatives and petition for a challenge regarding the legal basis for Obama to be on the ballot in your state. Most state legislatures are now in session, so now is the time!

It behooves us to keep this momentum going and contact our state legislatures.

This is my letter to my state Senators, Representatives, Secretary of State and Governor:
Dear Senator ________,
I am requesting that the current Idaho legislative session consider a Presidential eligibility Bill for the 2012 election and also review the legitimacy of placing Barack Obama on our state presidential ballot as the democratic candidate for President. I think it is incumbent on the Secretary of State to provide proof that the candidate running for President submits proof that he/she fulfills the criteria as outlined in Article two, Section One of our US Constitution:
Since allegiance of the potential President and Commander-in-Chief was the main concern of the Founding Fathers, 'Natural Born Citizen' has been understood to mean meeting the following two requirements: You must be born in the United States; “on US soil” and both of your parents must be U.S. citizens at the time of your birth. The definition of Natural Born Citizen can be clearly found in the written opinion of the United States Supreme Court in the case of Minor vs. Happersett from 1875. Therefore, filing a legitimate copy of the long form birth certificate with the Secretary of State is a requirement to run for President.
The point is, to be a natural born citizen; one must have 2 parents who, at the time of the birth in question, are citizens of the United States. Obama's own evidence proves he was born a dual national US/UK, so he fails constitutional eligibility and is therefore ineligible to serve as President.
It is disturbing that many experts, the most recent a Mr. Vogt at the recent Georgia hearing, stated that the birth certificate, posted online by Obama, is suspicious. He stated white lines around all the type face are caused by “unsharp mask” in Photoshop. He testified that any document showing this is considered to be a fraud. He further stated this is a product of layering. Mr. Vogt testified that a straight scan of an original document would not show such layering. He also testified that the date stamps shown on Obama documents should not be in exact same place on various documents as they are hand stamped. Obama’s documents are all even, straight and exactly the same indicating they were Not hand stamped but layered into the document by computer.
So, we have a situation of a fake fraudulent copy of a birth certificate.
The next issue of concern is Obama’s Social Security Number. A Mr. Sampson, who also testified at the Georgia hearing, is a former police officer and former immigration officer specializing in immigration fraud. He ran Obama’s SS number through database and found that the number was issued to Obama in 1977 in the state of Connecticut. Obama never resided in that state. At the time of issue, Obama was living in Hawaii. The SS number assigned to Barack Obama is from a man born in 1890. One witness in court testified that Obama’s SS number was run through the E-Verify system, the system used to validate a person’s citizenship, and it came back as a high degree of being fraudulent. This should concern every patriotic American.
Doesn’t it behoove each state’s election commission to know some bare bones facts about a potential candidate? It just hit me today: Does Obama even have a driver’s license? Did he have a valid American passport before he became a senator? I would like to have these and other questions answered before he is placed on my state’s ballot on November 6, 2012. While many of the answers to the following list are not a requirement for a person to be placed on the Presidential ballot in the state of Idaho, their going unanswered by Obama, especially since 2008, is very disturbing and disconcerting:
1. The Original Birth Certificate - Yes, the absolute original, examined and certified by three independent forensic experts.
2. Please produce your Columbia University transcripts.
3. Please, your original Columbia thesis paper.
4. Please produce your Campaign donor analysis requested by 7 major watchdog groups
5. Please produce your Harvard University transcripts.
6. Please produce your Illinois State Senate records including your voting record.
7. Please produce your Illinois State Senate schedule.
8. Please produce your Law practice client list and billing records/summary.
9. Please produce the locations and names of all half-siblings and stepmother.
10. Your complete Medical Records (we've only seen the one page summary released so far). Have you had drug tests done? Are you still using coke? Please, your liver function tests to clarify alcohol abuse. Have you had an AIDS test?
11. Please produce your Occidental College Transcripts. Also, any records of student aid received and under what names(s) and nationality.
12. Please show us your Parent’s original Marriage Certificate.
13. Please produce your record of Baptism.
14. Please produce your Selective Service registration records (Did you actually Register for Selective Service?) Also, why does your SS not pass e-verify?
15. Please provide us with schedules for all trips outside of the United States before 2007.
16. Please produce all Passport records for all passports, US and otherwise - before the scrubbing.
17. Can you show us a list of your scholarly articles?
18. Your SAT and LSAT test scores please. Did you even take the SAT and LSAT?
19. Why do you prohibit access to your grandmother in Kenya?
20. Please list of all campaign workers that currently are lobbyists.
21. Please produce Punahou grade school records.
22. Why are Noelani Kindergarten records are oddly missing from the the State of Hawaii Department of Education?
23. Please produce page 11 of Stanley Ann Dunham's divorce decree. 2
4. Why did you, President Barack Obama, resign from the Illinois bar and where are all of the relevant documents?
25. Why did Michelle Obama resign from the Illinois bar after only about four years of practice and where are all of the relevant documents?
Why are these records hidden? Who is President Obama? Will these records be revealed before November 6, 2012? We the People care about our country deeply and are very concerned about a President who has hidden every scrap of information about his life.
What else is Obama hiding and why? It is pretty obvious he was not properly vetted in 2008. If he will not answer these questions and provide the documentation, he does not deserve to be on our state ballot in November.
One last thought: If I wanted to be placed on the ballot for any elective office in the state of Idaho, I’m sure I would have to provide driver’s license, SS number, valid signed copy of my birth certificate, have a background check, college transcripts and any of a number of other documents and bona fides. Why was a letter from the DNC signed by Nancy Pelosi enough to get Obama on the ballot?
Please carefully consider the above information and decide whether or not you are going to permit Barack Obama be on out state Presidential ballot on November 6, 2012. We the People deserve to know.

Whenever this comes up, I can’t help but harken to barry’s wife’s thesis (which I tried to read before the 2008 election). Christopher Hitchens summed it up perfectly (http://www.slate.com/articles/news_and_politics/fighting_words/2008/05/are_we_getting_two_for_one.html):

I like what GraceG said - Newt should do a side by side comparison of his and Obama's grades - and right before the debates! Man, would I love to see those two debate! Probably a big part of the anti-Newt bias coming from everywhere. .

I always say Newt should ‘vett’ himself by showing his bc and his parents’ US citizenship status to prove he is a natural born citizen constitutionally elig to be the pres, then demand obozo do the same.
If I thought it would do any good I would be more than happy to write to my State Representatives about Obama not being eligible to go on the ballot.
Unfortunately I live in Maryland and the Democrats own us. We try, but we have too many Refugees from Washington DC and Baltimore living in Montgomery and Prince Georges and Charles Counties to do anything about what the Democrat do. Our Governor is an Obama suckbutt, Our senators are owned by Harry Reid and Hoyer is one of the foremost Democrats in the House.
If we are lucky they will allow us to have a Republican primary, even though that comes so late our vote doesn’t mean squat.The Republican candidate will be long picked before we vote.

My state representative to the U.S. Congress ignores any documentation sent to him which even hints of making a wave in the Washington cesspool. I know that my state is run by a cadre of elites, has been for at least two generations ... I mean, how else can a Corker and his simpering gutless twin, Alexander, get elected to the Senate? There is currently a legal effort to get the state to lok at the ineligibility of little barry bassturd. It will be squelched by the elites who do not want to upset the current status quo which they do not realize or do not care is aborting the Republic.

This is an interesting one. During Monday's debate, Wolfie asked each of the Republican hopefuls if they would release their medical records (they each said yes). I wonder if Wolfie will ask Barry to release his as well.
They damn well better. If not, Newt will ask him!
