This is confusing to me because Orly got a copy of the COLB. This must be a suit to get a copy of the long-form from the microfilm or original. Orly has a subpoena for that already, doesn’t she? They’d have a hard time giving a reason for a brother to not be able to get the record for his deceased sister.
Of course, the HDOH anticipated that this would happen so they trampled all over UIPA and HRS 338-16 by claiming that they would issue only computer-generated “copies” rather than photocopies. Computer-generated things can be easily manipulated.
If the suit was filed in the name of Clara - Virginia’s mother - UIPA would require that the HDOH release a photocopy, because Clara’s name is listed on the document in question, and UIPA REQUIRES agencies to disclose records having the requestor’s name on it. I wonder if they can add Clara’s name to the lawsuit. That would change everything from a legal standpoint because it would make the disclosure mandated by UIPA, rather than allowing the wiggle-room of HRS 338-16 (where it gives the HDOH Director discretion to decide what form of reproduction will be used for the “copy”, although actually the requestor has the option of requesting a copy of the document or a copy of the CONTENTS of the document. A computer printout is a copy of the CONTENTS but NOT a copy of the document. If a copy of the document is requested that is what the HDOH is required to give, according to HRS 338-16. But, as somebody mentioned and as we all nauseatingly know already, Hawaii doesn’t need to follow no stinking laws or rules.)
Hey, RS, while I’ve got you here, do you know how to get zipped .dbx files to import into Outlook Express?
Let’s just say I’m feeling like I must be over the target...
Attach the zipped files to be sent to the email that you created in Outlook Express. The “attach file” icon usually looks like a paperclip. Click on the icon and then go to the directory that has the zipped file to be sent. Attach the files and then send the email.
Nice work as always. Will be following with hopes of a siccessful outcome. Earlier comment about O’s recent “odd” behavior is valid. Sheriff Joe and recent Ga. court ruling are adding to the ONE’s meltdowm.
Don’t lose heart. You are in my prayers every night.
You should pass your thoughts about this to Dean Haskins. Who knows, they may do just that in the near future by adding Virginia's mother to the suit. I think you can get to the players in this lawsuit through the "Kontact button" on the home page at ORYR. The "Kontact button" is on the lower right column about halfway down the page. It looks exactly like this:

That's the first time I heard of that! If she has, has she revealed the number?
Nice work Butter! You got my eyebrows in my hairline with this! I do wonder where it will go from here.... the cracks are beginning to showing now.
Remember what Ayers said about trolling graveyards for the names of unfortunate young souls, so as to steal their identities. . .
Kudos, butter.
Signed, a grateful beneficiary of your research.

Hmm I do not remember Orly getting a COLB for the girl, do you have a copy of that?
If you trying to re-load mail into Outlook Express you need to unzip the dbx and then use the File Import function. I would create a temporary Identity first and use that.
DOES SHERIFF JOE’S COLD CASE INVESTIGATIVE TEAM HAVE THIS INFO?
CAN SOMEONE GET IT TO THEM!
Orly Taitz DID NOT have a copy of the COLB for Virginia Sunahara. In fact, in 2010 Loretta Fuddy (Director of Hawaii DOH) said “Hawaii DOH has no record of birth for Virginia Sunahara”. Then, recently Hawaii DOH gave her brother a “short form” of her B.C. (The question IS, WHY did Loretta Fuddy say they did not have it?)
What I’ve found in the past aster doing a restore and having to recreate all of my mailboxes or a single specific one is to create a new mailbox with the exact same name as the previously saved one and then copy the old one from the saved folders into the new mailbox.
This process of creating a ‘new’ empty mailbox does create an empty but accessable mailbox addressable by Outlook Express. Later COPYING the old desired mailbox into the current Outlook Express mailboxex replacing the identically named mailbox will allow one to handle the old mailbox as if it was created by the current Outlook Express install.
I have used this technique MANY times over the years due to the OS partion being corrupted and needing to be ‘restored’.
I started placing my Outlook Express ‘store’ folder onto a different drive to lesson the chance of losing my old emails when the ‘C’ driced becomes unusable and needing restoration. In that case, I simply copy the entire saved stores into whatever folder I have set OE to use. I also copy my old stores folder into a specialave’ folder to keep a backup handy.
