Lawsuit Filed Against Hawaii Department of Health on Behalf of Duncan Sunahara
Lawsuit against the Hawaii Department of Health has been filed by Hawaii Attorney Gerald Kurashima on behalf of Duncan Sunahara, Virginia Sunahara's brother. The case has been assigned to Judge Nishimura. Dean Haskins of the Birther Summit will be making a public announcement about this case very soon. Stay tuned for further updates.

HDOH Denies Having Birth Record for Virginia Sunahara
Virginia Sunahara was born on Aug 4, 1961 and died the next day. Her death was announced in both theHonolulu Advertiser and the Star-Bulletin. Her name is in both the 1960-64 birth index and 1960-64death index.But when I asked for a non-certified copy of her abbreviated birth certificate the HDOH told me thatthey have no records responsive to my request. On previous requests for other COLB I had been told that I could not get a copy because I did not have a direct and tangible interest. But in this case they flat-out told me they don't have a birth record for Virginia. Even though their birth index says they do.

Either the HDOH lied about having no records for her, or they queried her name and the computer no longer has that record under her name, even though it was under her name when they printed the 1960-64 birth index sometime around March of 2010. What happened to Virginia's birth record? Was the name on it changed to Barack Hussein Obama II so he could have her BC#? The HDOH needs to be audited, to find out what has happened with Sunahara's birth record. Here is the HDOH’s claim that they have no birth record for a girl listed on their birth index:

It’s time the Hawaii Dept of Health was made to answer...for all their lies. Hope they all go down with Obummer.
I thought I’d ping you here. The brother of the deceased baby Virginia has to sue the state of Hawaii to get her birth certificate. He does have “direct and tangible interest” in accordance with HI state laws. ...As we all know, Hawaii is a corrupt state. The dubious actions here by the Hawaiian DoH certainly does not say otherwise. It’s a good bet that Obama uses Virginia’s birth certificate number.

Ya know when a con-man of some success starts getting squeezed they often react by boldness. Viz Obama’s over-the-top signing statements and un-Constitutional appointments in the past few days and weeks.
This is confusing to me because Orly got a copy of the COLB. This must be a suit to get a copy of the long-form from the microfilm or original. Orly has a subpoena for that already, doesn’t she? They’d have a hard time giving a reason for a brother to not be able to get the record for his deceased sister.
Of course, the HDOH anticipated that this would happen so they trampled all over UIPA and HRS 338-16 by claiming that they would issue only computer-generated “copies” rather than photocopies. Computer-generated things can be easily manipulated.
If the suit was filed in the name of Clara - Virginia’s mother - UIPA would require that the HDOH release a photocopy, because Clara’s name is listed on the document in question, and UIPA REQUIRES agencies to disclose records having the requestor’s name on it. I wonder if they can add Clara’s name to the lawsuit. That would change everything from a legal standpoint because it would make the disclosure mandated by UIPA, rather than allowing the wiggle-room of HRS 338-16 (where it gives the HDOH Director discretion to decide what form of reproduction will be used for the “copy”, although actually the requestor has the option of requesting a copy of the document or a copy of the CONTENTS of the document. A computer printout is a copy of the CONTENTS but NOT a copy of the document. If a copy of the document is requested that is what the HDOH is required to give, according to HRS 338-16. But, as somebody mentioned and as we all nauseatingly know already, Hawaii doesn’t need to follow no stinking laws or rules.)

The ultimate answer is as you suspect that they used her number for the latest Obama fake. But their only response has to be that the Virginia certificate does not exist.
Attach the zipped files to be sent to the email that you created in Outlook Express. The “attach file” icon usually looks like a paperclip. Click on the icon and then go to the directory that has the zipped file to be sent. Attach the files and then send the email.

Yes, I've had similar thoughts today about his un-Constitutional actions is related to him getting squeezed over his hidden past.
Because the files are zipped I can’t handle them as individual files that will fit in an attachment; I can only deal with the whole folder which is too big to send as an attachment.
Especially it’s too big because I have to do everything through the server where copies of my e-mails have to go, rather than right on my computer because my computer suddenly decided to have problems and I can’t get or send e-mail when I open up OE. And the server allows attachments to be no more than 20 megabytes.
Sigh. I am getting so tired and frustrated by this junk. Any help anybody can give me would be a life-saver - for my husband if nobody else. lol
They told me a while back that they don’t have a birth record for Virginia Sunahara. But her name is in the birth index and Taitz has gotten a COLB for her, IIRC. They couldn’t have a COLB without also having SOME kind of original document/BC. So the only way they could explain not having an original long-form BC for her is if they claim it was destroyed.
Right now I can’t even say how disgusted I am with the lying out of the HDOH. They will claim whatever they darn well please because nobody can string them up for lying anyway. They’ve already been caught lying and manipulating records.
