Yes, those “unnamed sources” are abundant in today’s hit pieces. Good for Perry.

I love it, too! He was firm, but polite, and didn’t let the guy get away with it!

You would think others would have done this a long time ago. Good for you Perry, good for you.

“Now if more people in the GOP field in particular would just refuse to answer questions without credible sources I think we would be getting somewhere.”
I think Cain tried this and it didn’t work for him.

I saw that also, and cheered.

I thinking today that Perry is the closest to Ron Paul at kicking doors in, assaulting the establishment, and cremating the media before our very eyes. Good for Rick.
If he is doing it only to stay relevant I will be disappointed, because we are so ready for a bull in a china closet campaign against the Establishment, and their candidate Romney Ruse. THEY all have to be beaten before we can take on the Marxists in November.

If we don’t get the Establishment kicked to the curb soon and coalesce, away from their candidate water carrier Romney, we can’t be assured of blocking Obama. Romeny is but an air ball with money. Read where it’s his Super PACS that are buying this nomination, by burying any threat under a barrage of colorful smears. This leaves him free to be milquetoast, while his machine levels the field.

They have successfully buried Perry and Newt in Iowa, as conservatives swallowed it whole, and the dunderheads boost for Santorum instead. LOL! (Except it isn’t very funny.)

Very good. That needs to be done by all every day. The media is a partner with the Socialist movement and they have gotten away with this crap for way too long. I stopped watching the news in 1992. When I want to learn something I come to Free Republic. Absolutely refuse to click any news links on the main search engines. I wish Free Republic would become the “Conservative search engine”. Like Yahoo. I’d bet a million that it would grow like a brushfire.

I saw that woodshed moment by following a link on this thread:

But it definitely merited it’s own thread. Thanks for posting it as a stand alone thread.

he he! That is great I wish more people would see it! I took a long time making up my mind about the candidates, I think I gave them all a pretty good chance but I have decided on Rick Perry. Go Rick Go!

I like it... I’d vote for him, even though he’s not the perfect candidate. He’s better than romney and at least can shoot a pistol.

I just wish Perry didn’t sound like a bumbling idiot even when he does the appropriate thing by putting that mediafool in his place.

A great last hurrah for Perry. He will be welcomed back to Texas with open arms. Thanks for your service and now lets have Perry get behind Rick Santorum!

I loved it too. We need much more of this.

I am behind Newt 110%, but if Perry were to be nominated, I think I could feel good in supporting him. I’d feel better if I thought he could beat Obama, but I don’t.

Other than Newt. and then Perry as second choice, I am not interested in ANY of the remaining wannabes.
