It’s not the sexual allegations that lost supporters but the editorial board in Milwaukee where he looked lost.
I wonder if he really expected to get this far? Once you’re in the lead it’s open season and full spotlights.

My opinion therefore is of no consequence but I think Cain should drop out. Don't be so humble. Your opinion matters a great deal. Aren't you a vocal supporter of Rick Perry on this site?

And if Cain’s done, this election is done. McCain redux. You boys want the media and establishment choosing the GOP nominee again ?

Herman Cain is already out of the race.
He's just stumping for a few days so the staff can get paid out of the campaign coffers.

Even if he doesn’t become the nominee, the suggestion is that he stay in the campaign until he gets matching funds. Then, he can bow out of the race, make and endorsement while retiting any campaign debt.

There is no next best alternative. The best was Palin, she didn’t run. Cain was next up. There is no third. The third are a bevy of establishment-approved losers. This is like 2008 all over again.

Yes, Get Out Now 26.35%
No, Stay And Fight On 72.46%
Other: 1.2%
The verdict is in. Three quarters of those responding to the poll want Herman to stay and fight. Give ‘em hell, Herman.

I’ll say this, if he does drop out, I won’t be sending another dime of my money to any republican candidate, waste of money.
Furthermore, not sure I can really support any of the remaining people. Sadly, Bachmann and Santorum don’t seem to be able to ignite at all, and the rest of them are awful.
