As all political junkies, we are all following what's going on in the Republican Party. Also the left's attempt to do what the Tea Party did in 2010, with the Occupied Wall Street hypocrisy.
We all know that the Democratic Party and its leftist sympathizers cannot stand on their accomplishments for they have been rejected by the right of center American people. What struck me last night in the debate between Herman Cain and Newt Gingrich was the fact that conservative viewpoint is on the ascendancy. People like Rush Limbaugh and others have finally made significant inroads in establishing a coherent right of center agenda. I strongly believe that the minions on the left know they are losing the war of ideas, for them it's now or never kind of thinking.
This gets me to my prediction for the 2012 race, Rush Limbaugh eluted to it several months back when he said the OWS crowd was rehearsing for next year. I believe all political events for the Republican party's nominee in the 2012 election cycle will be dogged with violent protests based upon the OWS model. The purpose of this shenanigans is to disrupt the event, tamper down attendance participation by supporters and make the story about fat greedy capitalism. The lame stream media working as shills of the Democratic Party will wholeheartedly fall behind such a campaign. Campaigns on the Republican side will have to spend large sums of money protecting their candidates, from rule of the mob. This I believe is being orchestrated and put together by Axelrod and his cohorts. Revolution is the goal, destroying our founding fathers model and weaving hatred and discontent amongst different segments of our population.
That's my prediction I think it will fail if tried, more than ever I'm convinced that the left needs to destroy the process of election to impose a conformity of its ideals. Time will tell if what I'm saying is right but I'm putting it out there as a warning.
My prediction is that the GOP candidate wins, even if it’s Rick Perry or Mitt Romney.
It already has. These malcontented misfits are obviously seeking to suppress the speech of others with alternative POVs, presumably with the ultimate aim of replacing our constitutionally mandated form of government with some half-formed collectivist ideal.
The authorities need to clean up these infestations ASAP before average people decide to begin doing it themselves.
Unlike the OWS crowd, which consists mainly of a few out of work bums supported by special interest groups, the TEA party is broad and deep. The left just wishes that OWS was one 1/10 as big as the TEA Party.
Violence.
Romney is easily the favorite for GOP nomination
I think you’re right
not sure what to do, first be strong by being there for whoever the candidate is of the Republican Party. I look at OWS and say it has political protection from Democratic mayors and that won’t change between now and the 2012 election cycle. Look at poor old Oakland California, I think the mayor of Oakland should go down and throw bricks through the windows of the very companies that help pay her wages to show she is one of the protesters. If I was in the press I would ask her a question at one of her news conferences, Ms. Mayor why are you not down throwing bricks through windows since you are in agreement with the OWS here in Oakland. Yes we have a pathetic situation but again it’s desperation on the left side!
Civil War. Obama clings to power. Constitutional crisis.
Obama is intentionally dividing this country
You think Romney will get it? I don’t!!!
Then we lose because there will be a strong 3rd party.
You have to be blind, deaf and dumb to not see what is happening in your base and push Romney to be the candidate. But hey, we are not the "Stupid Party" without reason.
Unfortunately, it is most certain - before and after Repubs win all three - House, Senate and Presidency.
If Myth is the candidate, we'd be better off with Ubama.
Ubama would be gridlocked by a Republican Congress, not to mention the special prosecutors and investigations that would commence.
Myth would have a green light.
I don't want a Romneycare-Myth with a green light.
Yes, the Left wishes OWS was a tenth as big as the Tea Party and that’s why they like to call themselves in usual
fatuous hamhandededness, “the 99%”. As ludicrous and provably false a marketing tool as I’ve ever seen.
As far as the GOP nomination goes, I’d like to see a Cain/Gingrich ticket, and if either Cain or Gingrich wins the Primary I’d think neither would have a problem asking
the other to be their Veep. I just can’t see Gingrich accepting.I can’t see ROMNEY accepting the VP slot either if
he comes out strongly, or 2nd in Primaries.
So I think it’ll be Cain, and someone unknown quantity.
or Gingrich and some known quantity, like Cain. or even conceivably Perry if he surpasses Cain in popularity.
Phil Tagami stopped the OWS in their tracks just by racking his shotgun.
No one willingly dies for the likes of Obama and Axelrod. No one.
If the Republicans handle this properly, the Democratic Party’s attempts to steal another election, or block it altogether, will fail miserably.
Cain/Huck FTW!
Why?
Takes all the issues OFF the table that Obama/Biden had hoped to raise: class warfare, racial divisions, Wall Street greediness, true leadership, serial flip-flops (in Romney’s case) and who has the most inspiration for all Americans struggling on Main Street and throughout the heartland.
You are right unless some jerk decides to do a Ross Perot.
I still have a feeling Cain will pull off an upset and win the nomination and then pick Newt as his VP. They both seem to have a good relationship and a mutual respect for on one another. Seeing a Newt vs. Biden debate will be priceless and an utter embarrassment for Plugs.
But should Cain drop out of favor with voters, they won’t go to Romney or Perry or Bachman. They will go to Newt and he’ll be the nominee. That would be okay with me to. Again, a Newt vs. 0bama debate will be priceless.
The usurper will declare martial law and cancel elections. Expect his October surprise to come early, perhaps by next spring.
I’ll never vote for Romney and will do everything in my limited power to make sure he is never President.
