Long time Freeper "Lazmataz", a beloved and cherished staple of the conservative website Free Republic, yesterday was accused by several female Freepers of somehow annoying them, and making them feel uncomfortable.

"Laz," as he's affectionately known on the website, absolutely denied the charges. "It's all an attempt to smear me. Everyone knows that I'm running for "Admin Moderator" next year, and they're trying to discredit me.

I have had it. I am outraged with the double standard on Free Republic.

Ever since conservatives stuck up for Clarence Thomas when the hair on the Coke can thing surfaced, I have been boiling with rage at the injustice.

How can conservatives claim to be against sexual harassment, but stick up for Clarence Thomas after what he did? The hypocrisy on Free Republic, embodied by the LAisseZ-faire attituted towards hitting on women, is appalling.

This is the kind of statement that shows how completely unprepared Laz is. Why didn’t he have a team of lawyers telling him something proper to say?? Like “there is no controlling legal authority...”

Now that we've how Laz has responded, he's toast.

I read in a highly respected publication that often quotes anonymous sources that his handling so far of the SCANDAL has greatly hurt his credibility to become Admin Moderator.

This guy is toast, toasted, slightly burnt with no jam kind of toast.
