Obscuring ones past seems to be a common tactic for marxist politicians.

"Little is known about Hitler before 1920 as many who knew him in his early years were murdered in the 1934 Nazi purge known as the night of a thousand knives." Pretty sure that should be "night of the long knives."

Whatever. Hitler certainly had no love for the Communist Party in Germany, seeing them as competitors and rivals rather than as allies. And if he ever flirted with marxism he never tried to implement it, as it would have undermined his "Fuhrer Prinzip".

I never could understand why the Nazis were considered as an extreme right wing organization and the Communist Party is an extreme left wing group.

"I never could understand why the Nazis were considered as an extreme right wing organization and the Communist Party is an extreme left wing group." Because lib professor-types were the ones making up the definitions.

Socialists are not communists. Socialists enjoy al the trappings of capitalism while controlling the masses thru taxation and regulation. Communists are true believers and look at socialists like weak phony moderates, they are not friends.

Oh, for goodness sake - the fascists were nationalist and the communist internationalist. They hated each other’s guts!
To: Old Seadog
It had to do with where they sat in the Reichstag.

"Obscuring ones past seems to be a common tactic for marxist politicians."LOL, and a very easy thing to do when you have an adoring news media guarding against any and all inquiries.

It is known that he lived in Vienna as a bohemian artist and that he associated with the artist community. Hitler had inherited money from his late father and as a result he never had to work. sounds like about 9/10 of the imbecils at Zuccotti Park.

The Nazis were more specific about who they killed, so they had a body count of only 6 million. Communists kill pretty much anyone they want to kill, and are more like 100 million.
So obviously, national socialism is better and more fun.

Excellent. Thanks for your post.
A lot of people have accepted the Left’s lie that Hitler is on the right and communism and socialism are on the left.
Nazism is on the left also. The fact that Hitler didn’t like the Russians doesn’t mean he wasn’t a socialist.
