Santorum and Bachman had the good idea of attacking Cain’s 999 plan and may stay in the race for a little longer, but unfortunately Mittens had the most airtime as usual and also has Crispy Creme’s endorsement. Not to mention the most money. I will not be happy to vote for Mittens, but i will if I have to oust King Obamao.

Vote your heart in the primary, and your mind in the General.

Vote your heart in the primary, and your mind in the General.

Spot on.
Folks, like it or not, we're looking at Romney as our nominee.

Perry looked like a damned deer in the headlights all night, like he was surprised he was sitting at the table.
Rather a lot like Bush actually, only without the self deprecating humor.

I liked Cain, before I heard all that stuff about his Federal Reserve involvement.

“Vote your heart in the primary, and your mind in the General.”

My mind tells me that as long as we keep saying this, there is no reason for the established party machine to offer us anyone other than Romney. After all, we have told them we will vote for him if we have to.

Right now, I have more hope in a Republican supermajority in the house and senate and a Democrat in the oval office than in a Republican in that office who will essentially govern as a democrat.

Do we seriously think that Romney would even try to replace SCOTUS justices with those who might see more individual rights to keep and bear arms (to pick a subject) than he has?

And there my friend is the problem with Romney in a nutshell. Nobody will vote for him....they will vote against Obama. Many of those who are non-political (the vast majority) see Obama as a "nice guy" or as a black guy being picked on by whites. They will not care enough about Romney to vote for him no matter what. He inspires no passion. Voting for him is not a positive action. That's why the leftists want him to be the nominee. He'll get squashed.
