Sipsey Street Exclusive: The State Department & the Gunwalker Scandal. Part 2.
Sipsey Street Irregulars ^ | 07 October, 2011 | Mike Vanderboegh

It is 24 March 2009. Earlier that day as reported in "In at the Beginning," Part 1, Deputy Secretary of State James Steinberg, Deputy Attorney General David Ogden and DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano held a press conference.

That same day, Newsweek's Michael Isikoff asks the question: Why is Attorney General Eric Holder backing away from an assault weapons ban?

According to sources, the NPR debunking of the 90 percent myth did not go over well with Hillary when it was dutifully reported to her by a subordinate. There was some sense, say the sources, that the 90 percent meme should be strengthened by requesting more data on seized weapons from the Mexican government. In other words, the 90 percent meme, previously agreed upon, should be sustained rather than abandoned. There was widespread opinion in the professional ranks at State that the figure was incorrect and that the administration made itself idiotic by clinging to it -- that it was a mistake to insist upon it.

The picture is getting clearer. Looks to me like our slimeball president and his administration wanted to give guns to some bad people across the border to cause violence. That way he would have an excuse to start removing the strongest barrier to his marxist utopia. The 2nd Amendment!!!

All of those involved should be put in prison for their crimes. Maybe a Mexican prison since they have had a hand in killing so many of their people.

A firing squad. Also, they should have to pay those they have harmed. Their homes, boats, bank accounts... should be seized. Just as the government would do us had we violated laws and harmed someone. The government of Mexico will be demanding a lot of assets for this. The American taxpayers will be left holding the bag, when we did nothing wrong. We need to send a very strong message to those working within our government. We are not going to tolerate this.

A firing squad.

Too honorable for traitors such as these. A noose is more fitting (and *I* would specify only a three inch drop...)

What would Mexico get in return for shutting down gun ownership in the U.S.? California, New Mexico, Arizona...In some places along the Southern border, the Obama administration has already effectively ceded U.S. territory. It routinely aids and abets Mexican military operations on U.S. soil, and allows the drug cartels to operate with impunity. This administration attempted to undermine the corner stone of the U.S. constitution through the ATF’s operations. These people took an oath to protect, defend, and uphold the Constitution of the United States. They have instead sought its destruction, and should accordingly be impeached and driven from public office.

All the benefits of dual citizenship? We are being pushed into that New World Order the United States of Mexico in the region
of the United States. They get assurance we will not prevent their invasion of the United States So they can reclaim Atzlan. or Mexico del Norte— and exploit Gringos as seasonal workers. That is why we are being conditioned to celebrate Cinco De Mayo Taco.
