He has parents so his qualification for SSI can rely on their credits.
So far all we have are multiple statements on the net ~ as comments ~ but it’s just a matter of time and we’ll find out. Issa should probably ask that question.
FoxNews reporting a motive:
Witnesses say actions were deliberate in killing of the victims.
FBI others talking to witnesses...ATF...how did he have 2 assault rifles and pistols?
Targeting the victims says there was a motive, but authorities saying there was no motive.
Family saying mentally ill. Authorities saying no known links to terrorists or IHOP.
Basically, the new info is that witnesses were saying that killings were deliberate, that suggests targeting, and targeting suggests intent/motive.
The other piece of new info was that the other weapon in Sencion’s vehicle was an “assault weapon.”
Wouldn’t he have to have been a minor at the time he went on SSDI to rely on his parents credits? And wouldn’t that only apply to someone with a severe disability either as a result of birth or accident?
Sounds to me like the family was running a scam. How many other family members are on SSDI or work comp disability or welfare?
Hey, Marlowe, isn’t Issa your congressman?
Fire an email at him asking he get all over this weapons investigation. They always listen to their own constituent’s emails first.
Where did you get that? That is a damning implicit admission of where ATF thought it might have come from.
...despite reports he was a registered Democrat...
Also, where is that from? Thanks
He does have to be a minor to rely on his parents’ credits, if I remember correctly, and, of course, he has to be a US citizen, which he doesn’t appear to be. And maybe his parents aren’t, either.
2. He was definitely born after the time that weapons had to be registered. When was the AK47 registered, who bought it, where did they buy it
So, I just happen to live in a state (Ohio) with crappy registration requirements?
Or, as the first story went, maybe he was a disgruntled former employee who just happened to pick up an AK47 at a gunshow and went down and killed some NGs.
Or, as other stories went, he was a Mexican with a US passport and he brought that AK47 (stolen from the police) with him on a trip.
Or, maybe he got that AK47 as a birthday gift back in Syria before the family moved here to imitate Mexicans (SEE: Shakira phenomenon eh).
Possibly that wasn't it, so he simply grabbed a neighbors AK 47 and went down to the IHOP for the Steak and Eggs breakfast but all the seats were taken. Some woman bothered him in the parking lot so he killed her too (SEE: Lee Harvey Oswald Syndrome).
Or, how many more suppositions you want to see ~ but SSI can be authorized ANYONE who comes down with certain deadly communicible diseases in this country ~ e.g. meningitis! They want you locked up for that one. And secondly they don't want you getting on any airplanes or trains going anywhere until you are clear of the infectious bodies. (I know a person who ended up in that trick bag ~ but fortunately he's now rehabbed and working). You can call the CDC on what options they have for folks with meningitis. They'll send someone right out in a space suit to talk to you!
They are remarkably humorless but as you recover, and learn to talk again, you'll be getting pocket money from Uncle Sam to allow you to buy coca cola and chips.
We should know all we need to know about that pretty soon.
Quick, like a bunny, I hopped behind a steel pillar next to my table.
An undercover German cop grabbed the pistol and kept him from firing ~ then arrested him.
No, he didn't INTEND to aim the pistol at me ~ it just looked like he did.
When one gets pointed at you it always looks intentional.
BTW, the guy's dead. i doubt the cops asked him what his intention was.
I will leave the wild speculation to you and I will wait for facts.
But that wouldn’t include an immigrant on a work permit, even if here legally.
Seems a fair assumption to me that a mentally ill guy living with his family who came here 10 years ago came here with his family 10 years ago.
That’s fine, but there is nothing about being mentally ill that means a weapon is not a Fast and Furious weapon.
Nor does mentally ill mean a book he has in his possession must come from a bookstore and not from a library.
There is no relationship between being mentally ill and where your weapons must come from.
Therefore, it’s a fair question to ask if it’s a Fast & Furious AK47.
Having frequented a few bahnhofs in my day, all I can say is: Baader-Meinhof era?
I assumed everybody at that table (had about a dozen people) was armed, which is why I immediately got behind the pillar.
If it is from F&F, then what? We already know guns from F&F have been used in crimes in the U.S. I don’t see that changing anything, do you?
Why are our uniformed service members NOT required to carry their firearms?
In Israel, their military is required to carry their firearms on duty and off duty. They've deterred, interrupted and stopped terror attacks for decades.
After all of this, why are we disarmed?
