This is nothing new, Clinton went to a black church and gave a speech somehow tying Bob Dole into church bombings, and he told blacks that’s why they had to get out and vote.
Democrats are evil, second worst are republicans for not calling it out.

Their efforts met with failure until the late 1940's when the "Welfare Plantation" took hold in the cities. Illegitimacy rates soared, expenditures increased, and Black voters became a main bulwark of the Democrat Party.
Now there is no doubt that the money supporting the counter-productive Black Lifestyle is going to have to be slashed. What moneys that are left will also have to now be divided up with the increasing Hispanic presence on the welfare rolls.
When these huge financial props are inevitably knocked out from under these people, they WILL take to the streets. The Left has seized upon this as a key to their takeover. The CBC is just going about its business of mobilizing and angering their "troops," focusing them on those who oppose the Left.
They sow the wind, thinking that it is they who will reap the whirlwind. Remember the words of Mayor Tom Bradley in LA:

I think these people and the culture they represent are flat out nuts. They do really believe this stuff in the way that paranoids believe things. The TV is talking to them. They are dangerous. Chalk it all up to delusions of reference and stay out of their way.
Black support of Obama has slipped from 97% in 2008, to 90% in May, to just 83% this week. Dems are VERY CONCERNED that Blacks won’t be showing up in the huge numbers they did in 2008, and without that, THEY LOSE 2012.
They are trying to gin up the racial hatred to keep the black voters agitated, and willing to show up. Many of these Black Racist Caucus Members are fearing for THEIR OWN JOBS right now.
I think that would be FAR worse for the Dims than for Patriotic Americans.
The Tea Party is the CBC’s biggest threat. They can’t get past it, can’t get around it; so they need to destroy it. They are planting orchestrated seeds aimed at getting JUST ONE tea party demonstrator to speak out against the people who are telling them to ‘go to hell’ — and then point the finger, crying, “Racists! Racists!”, with the full expectation that the lamestreams will join in the outcry.
