I don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings, but neither Perry or Michelle Bachmann have any chance of becoming president. I just want to get everyone up to speed on that.
Rick Perry is a statist, the last thing on God’s earth the GOP needs. Might as well be named King George Bush III.
We need more than low taxes. We need people to be able to use the income they keep to invest in creating jobs, building houses. etc. But if regulation stifles such real investment, all that all that money will do is create investment bubbles. Rick Perry just looooooooves regulations... except the ones which get rid of illegal aliens.

Bachmann is the only one currently running I could vote for. But if Perry jumps in, then no doubt I will vote for him.
I think his dealings with the Obama admin should provide some kryptonite to use against him. For Perry the video of Obama rejecting Perry’s request for help on the border should play well in the south and border states.
Obama’s refusal to provide aid money for fires in Texas can be spun into a nice attack aid along with refusing Texas as a final resting place for one of the remaining shuttles.
Yeah, I would love Perry to run against Obama.
