(Jul. 5, 2011) — A process server has delivered a Hawaii court-issued subpoena to Loretta J. Fuddy, Director of the Hawaii Department of Health, commanding her “to produce at the time, date, and place set forth below the following documents, electronically stored information, or objects, and permit their inspection, copying testing, or sampling of the material:”
original 1961 typewritten birth certificate #10641 for Barack Obama, III [sic] issued 08.08.1961, signed by Dr. David Sinclair, Stanley Ann Dunham Obama and registrar Lee, stored in the Health Department of the State of HI from 08081961 until now.
The subpoena allows Fuddy until August 8, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. to produce the document.
The designated place of production is noted as:
Health Department State of HI 1250 Punchbowl str. room 325 Honolulu, HI 96813

That is the kind of lie an unaccomplished, immature, attention-craving Malignant Narcissist tells. He’s trying to convince people he’s bigger and more important than he is. If he can just appropriate part of the Selma mythos for himself, it will gloss over the fact he has no credentials of his own [other than a very canny way of manipulating AA for his personal gain and advancement]. I specifically asked two Republican Senators the following:
‘Does your understanding of the definition of natural born Citizen match that of Vattel? If not, what is your accepted definition?’
No mention of Obama, COLBs, BCs, etc.
The result from both was a cowardly, evasive response that said ‘you asked about the eligibility of ..., he was born in Hawaii....and is a natural born Citizen.’.
It was obvious the fix was in at that point. They (their staffs) knew not to provide a direct answer to the direct question. I wanted to put my government representatives on the record, but they refused.
So they have their talking points and will use to deflect any written questions.
It seems everyone wants to run out the clock until 2012 and avoid the issue and continue to live an Orwellian, corrupt world until then. And if that happens the criminals and usurpers and foreign interests will escape and slither away and hide and use what they learned this go around to do the same thing again. Can we let that happen to our children?
They fear a Knee-Pad Media lynching, as, en masse, they are condemned as racists. Obama has trampled the Constitution since he took office. If our elected representatives are too cowed to call him on his multiple egregious abuses, they will not risk being labeled bigots. Sad but true.

Seems more likely he was mistaken about the date. He's a politician, not a historian. Are you now going to call a "lie" every mistake about history that George Bush made?
I seriously doubt it. In fact, you'll be hard pressed to find anyone, even birthers, supporting it prior to the Fall of 2008.

That was an outright lie. From the court decision:
Justice Anthony Kennedy specifically wrote that the opinion did not address the question of foreign companies.
We need not reach the question of whether the government has a compelling interesting in preventing foreign individuals or associations from influencing our Nation’s political process, he wrote. The court held that the First Amendment protected the right of American corporations to spend money on independent political commercials for or against candidates. They never addressed the issue of foreign corporations.

The facts have come out, and prove Obama is lying in ways no conservative, and not even most liberals, could get away with. Because he is half-black and uber-liberal, and because the Knee-Pad Media has his back in a shameful, scarily-united way such as we have never before witnessed, Obama is allowed to spin his whoppers over and over and over. He just recently retold the one about how his father stayed with the family until Little Barry was two. You could sit Obama down and repeat for 24 straight hours the truth about his jack-wagon father, and he would go straight out and tell his litany of lies all over again. He’s pathologically dishonest, and the truth bounces off him like plastic bullets off a Kevlar vest.
It is a sick, sick, dangerously mentally-ill man who cannot let go of his fantasies, even after being corrected/confronted with the truth hundreds of times. Obama is almost certainly the most psychologically damaged person ever to hold the office. (Calling him a psychopath is almost an insult to other psychopaths; Obama is more mentally weird than the average psychopath by country miles/orders of magnitude.). 1. Did ONAKA himself stamp it with his own personal stamp, or did a clerk stamp it? If a clerk stamped it, who was the clerk?
2. As an experiment, I would like to see the stamp that Hawaii used on President Obama's long form birth certificate be used in this way: A blank piece of paper is stamped with the exact same one that was used on Obama's long form birth certificate so that we can see if a smiley face appears and if the word "TXE" is there like we see on Obama's long form birth certificate.
3. If there is no smiley face or the word "TXE" on the blank piece of paper, then something is wrong.
4. ONAKA: And why would registrar ONAKA object to stamping a blank piece of paper with his stamp, because, as I see it, Onaka could not hide behind Hawaii privacy laws when asked to stamp a blank piece of paper with the exact same official Hawaii stamp that stamped President Obama's long form birth certificate.
5. So could someone in Hawaii ask/demand that that Onaka stamp a blank piece of paper with the exact stamp that was used on President Obama's long form birth certificate?
6. And if Onaka did not personally stamp President Obama's long form birth certificate himself with his own personal stamp, then I think we should try to find out the name of the clerk who did it, and then have him stamp a blank piece of paper with the official stamp that he used.
7. Again, if Onaka's personal stamp or the clerk's stamp does not show a "smiley face" or a "TXE" when it stamps a blank piece of paper, then Obama is in a lot of trouble.
