I think his IQ is slightly below average. But, he does have years of education and indoctrination. That means that, when faced with a question, he can reel out a canned argument in support of an established ideology. I'm not sure he understands the argument. I don't think he can explain or defend the argument, but his thinking is precisely channeled in certain directions.
There are weak-minded fools who see him go through this act and interpret him as smart. No. He's not. He's just regurgitating what his education has led him to believe.

I think his IQ is slightly below average. Zero is a typical affirmative action flunkie. Like so many of these people, his scores were padded, requirements waived, deficiencies ignored till he rose to prominence in the (totally useless) state of Illinois. Then he was thrust into the office of POTUS by a majority of idiots.
Actually, the question we could be asking is whether the alternative was any better?
