Okay, I went back and looked to what you are referring, and I don't see anything that can be considered an Ad Hominem attack. (unless you are talking about Idiot judges and Idiot law.) Is THAT what you are talking about? I'm pretty sure I can prove they are Idiots, maybe not medically, but in the vernacular sense. If you can prove it's true, it isn't libel. :)

You are aware that prior to 1920, Foreign Women automatically became American citizens upon marriage to American men? Considering that this was the law in this nation and others for a very long time, why would anyone conceive of "Dual Citizenship" marriages 131 years before such a thing was even possible?
Ergo, by default, all children born of Marriage were automatically born to two citizen parents. There was no such thing as split allegiance in offspring prior to 1920.

Again, I think you're close - but it's certainly possible for, say, two non-citizen parents, resident in the United States, to have a child that (by virtue of the laws of their native country or countries), is NOT eligible for dual citizenship, or who may only receive citizenship in the parents' country under certain circumstances (for example, by choosing it upon reaching age 18).
Such a child would be born NOT a dual citizen. He or she would be SOLELY a citizen of the United States, even if he or she were eligible to become a dual citizen later in life.
For that reason, arguing that dual citizens aren't eligible isn't quite the same thing as arguing that one must be born on US soil of two US citizen parents.

Stanley Ann and Obama were divorced and the divorce papers gave full custody of little Barack to his mother. Would a man allow a woman to divorce him and get custody of the child if the child wasn’t his and they weren’t married? Use logic here.
As for the doctor who delivered him, I thought he was dead. What are you really looking for? Do you believe everyone connected to the Hawaii Dept. of Health is involved in a fraud, going public with saying Obama was born in Hawaii? I think that is really stretching the imagination. His long form BC looks just like other ones from that time. I’m not sure what else you want.
And if Hillary was afraid to “out” him because she would lose the black vote, how about all the Republicans? What were they afraid of? Was every Secretary of State in the country afraid to raise the question about his eligibility?
If someone has proof that his birth certificates were fake, who should they tell?
Do you have a link where Obama ever claimed his father was a US citizen? In point of fact, nobody was claiming it was even an issue. The Donkees and the MSM were happily reveling in his diversity

So, what type of moron would conclude from that typical MSM piece that BHO, Sr. was an immigrant applying for, much less granted, citizenship? Instead, the article shows it was just the opposite. BHO, Sr's ambition was to be a big fish in a little pond (Kenya), not a little fish in a big pond (the United States). If he'd wanted to immigrate, he would have stayed with Stanley Ann and would routinely have been granted citizenship via marriage.
Of course, we've since learned, thanks to a FOIA request, that his Hahvard plans didn't quite work out. Due to his uncontrollable womanizing, Harvard proved allergic to him, and they conspired with INS to have his student visa revoked before he could complete his coveted PhD. He returned to Kenya depressed, took up the bottle, and took two clunkers off the road (and himself out of the world with the second clunker).
You seem to take great joy in posting similar things here, the fact that this issue isn't going to remove him.
The fact of the matter is that some of us like to discuss this and are extremely pissed off that this usurper is getting away with trampling the Constitution.
Do you see any one here stating that this will be the issue that defeats him.
We're fully aware he needs to be defeated on all issues including his record, we don't need you silly advice and continued defeatism.

He didn't write Dreams, Ayers wrote it. Plus Zero was being groomed for the Presidency for a long time. He told Race Bannon he was going to be President, around 1980. And the purpose of Dreams was to give this Zero a "history". It's mostly lies, mixed up with half truths. You haven't been reading much about this, apparently.
As for wasting my time, I really have nothing better to do tonight. Why are you getting mad at me? I want Obama gone as much as anyone. I am realistic, though. In the beginning I thought there was a change a court would require Obama to prove who he was. That never happened and it obviously isn’t going to happen. I don’t understand why, but I realize it won’t. I was even excited when Trump jumped in. I figured with his money, he would be able to find something. He gave us nothing. No Republican have tried to force Obama to prove who he is. No Dem has. Everyone in Hawaii, including a Republican governor, have stated he was born there. What else would you suggest?

I agree that issues and his record are the way to get rid of him in 2012, but I do enjoy this topic because it has lead to learning things I would not otherwise ever come across.
Some of these threads have revealed history that no school would ever teach....the research by FReepers here is astounding.

After all, who's the source for the info about his paternity .. and for that matter, his maternity?

One cannot be a dual Citizen if one has two US Citizen parents and is born on US soil. If you don't meet those requirements you must hold another Citizenship, making you a dual Citizen and ergo not eligible.

It's getting to the point, ilovesarah, where your "realism" is getting pretty thin. If you really want Zero to be defeated, you would be doing something about it, rather than bringing a doom/n/gloom cloud on these threads, PLUS repeating stuff that anyone who's read these threads would know is not true, or asking questions that have been answered hundreds and hundreds of times.
If you love Sarah so much, why are you spending so much time dooming and glooming on the eligibility threads, with comments that reveal extreme ignorance of what's going on?
