The "original" Church of the First Born (not the Mormon society of the same name) used to have a "one man, one wife, one time" practice, and a clever guy could work his way through the congregation over a period of years simply by successfully impregnating a woman.

Been trying for years to find information that would explain that practice ~ best I could find was something called "indeterminent infertility" which can affect half the offspring of someone carrying the right autosomal recessive disorder.

I've figured out the ethnicity relationship but there's more to it than that.
